1950 FARM HOUSE WITH RUSTIC COUNTRY CHARM. This old home was pretty run down as it was a rental unit prior for many years. The updating was never kept up; so it took a lot of cleaning, renovating and fresh coats of paint to transform this old home into a cute little farm house. The old cook stove was found in the basement. It was used as a heat source burning with coal. But with a little bit of TLC and 3 burley guys to carry it up the stairs; it has been restored to a beautiful accent piece and placed in the dining room.

A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY VIEW.The old windows were not very appealing nor energy efficient. So they were replaced with new window inserts into the old oak frames.
The ungodly orange shag carpet was removed to reveal the beautiful original oak hardwood floors.
To enhance this living room and dining room; the floors were sanded and clear coat was applied.
Now the sun shines in both huge windows and bounces off the beautiful woodgrain floors.
YARD DÉCOR.The yard also needed character just like the old home has.
These 2 old pieces of farm equipment were given as gifts.
So a new coat of paint was applied to accentuate them as the lawn art.
LANDSCAPING & CURB APPEAL.Even the old farm yard should have nice curb appeal.
The driveway was harrowed and maintained monthly to keep the weeds under control. The over grown grass was cut and continued on a weekly basis.
Multiple flower beds were planted to add bursts of colour everywhere in the yard.
This little farm home was on a hill and you could see the beautiful view all around for miles.
2004 ACREAGE HOME - HUGE BRIGHT KITCHEN. The whole main floor of this home consisted of linoleum and Berber carpet. The flooring was replaced with slate tiles.
This is a kitchen you can cook in!
DAILY USE OR FINE DINING.A beautiful solid oak table, chairs and a hutch are an expensive investment. But this set will last forever.
This room is now transformed into a great room for family gatherings.
SPACIOUS FRONT ROOM.As you can see the new slate tiles flow through-out the main floor. This definitely updated the home.
The natural light in this front room brings out all the different tones in the flooring and reflects off the plants to add multiple colours of green.
LIVING ROOM OF EARTH TONES.With comfy leather furniture this is now the perfect room to relax in and watch a good movie.
BEAUTIFUL TIERED OAK STAIR CASE.On a sunny day the sunlight beams in all the windows. It cascades natural light on the wall of pictures.
GORGEOUS FRONT YARD.Keeping the grass maintained along with building beautiful rock gardens with trees, shrubs and flowers will always add definite curb appeal.
2015 MODERN BUNGALOW-CONTRACTOR NEW BUILT.The key for this home is picking the right furniture and accessories.
