The GSF 35-PU pressure injection pump is a pneumatically driven , double acting piston

pump that operates according to the pressure intens ification principle. The pneumatic pressure is multiplied on the base of the ratio bet ween the pump drive zone (low-pressure)

and the high-pressure zone and here it is 1 to 40. The pneumatic piston is connected with two high-pre ssure pumping pistons via a central shaft. The low-pressure and high-pressure zones are separated in such a way that if the sealings positioned in the high-pressure zone aren’ t leakproof, the possible looses can’t

enter into the low-pressure zone. The piston rods are made of high-tensile stainless steel and boast long service lives.

The valve seats are made of wearproof quenched stee l and sealings of UHMWPE special material.
