Polydipsia = Excessive Thirst

POLYDIPSIA

polys = much many + dipsia = thirst

Polydipsia is a symptom, not a disease itself

It is a symptom, most often, related to diabetes

POLYDIPSIA

A zinc deficiency can be a probable cause of polydipsia

Polydipsia is also seen in people with mental health issues such as schizoprenia and the mentally impaired.

POLYURIA

Polyuria = Excessive urine

POLYURIA

Like Polydipsia, it is also the most common initial symptom of diabetes
