Polish Nature In Poland we have

about 60% of land is a forest. Special kind of animals is aurochs, tarpans (wild horses) and swans. On the north we got acces to sea and on the south we have mountains.

The most cammon polish bird is stork. It like to live around lakes, which we got all enough.

Polish Music Most of young people

on Poland does listen to pop, hip-hop, and some rock. The most popular polish singers by now is Dorota Robaczewska vs. Doda, ex star of some reallity shows, Ewa Sonnet-ex porno star, Katarzyna Cerekwicka

But most famous polish band out of country, is one of most important black metal band- Behemoth. They are for sure most sucesfull polish artris by this days. This year Behemoth has been put on “The Black List” by Polish Committe Againts Sects. What mean than Poland instead of use and support such thing as this band, they try to fight it. People on Poland don´t always understand than not everyone has to be this same, and than sometimes teenages are just looking for something else, new. They think than if there´s something thye don´t undersatand, it have to be evil.

Polish moviesIn the last ten years polish film industry has been changed beyond recognition. At the end of the 80´ years it was state-owned, take as a whole. The movies was shooting for state´s money and they was showing in state´s cinemas, because in that time in Poland we had only state´s cinemas.Today 70 % feature films had been created in private producer´s company. In the one year in Poland is creating 25-30 movies.

Polish Teenagers School In Poland kids start school at age of 7. They go to 6 year

elementary school, than 3 years gramma school, and than 3-4 years long high school. From 2007 children have to wear school unforms, can not eat or drink on class, phones/computers/iPods are absulutely banned. Teens can´t wear any make-up or percing. If some adult see kid smoking, he gets on seriously troubles. Polish teachings system is much higher than icelandic one, for example thing what we learned about 3-5 years ago on math on polish school, we´ve got now on icelandic one.

Subcultures- We´ve got many subcultures in Poland. Execptthe

one who came from UK, Usa, or somewhere else on the world, like Metalheads<3, goths, punks, Oi!, skinhead, grunge, emo, skate, rasta, rockers, we got our some subcultures who you can find just on Poland and around it.

The simple example are “Dresy”(the word which orginaly means sport track suits). It all starts around 16-18 years ago, and by now it´s one of most popular subcultur in Poland. How shows the name, Dresy wears just track suit. They worship money, but don´t have any respect for culture and marality. Dresy use violence really often, to satisfy their own ambicy.

What a fun- and really sad thing is at one, is that than polish governament seem to be more against metalheads, than Dreses. They make problems to rock festivals, and natoriously accuse metalheads of Satanism and all and other stereotypes.

Castle Party Castle Party is the biggest

gothic festival on middle Europe. On end of July about 3000 people arrives to Bolkow. There is many concerts playing during 2 -3 days.Everybody can wear clothes which would be hard to wear normallym, so it´s great chanse to show your reall face.

Rock Festivals Execpt Castle Party, we got

many more summer festivals. Young people from Poland and countries around caming there to listen to good music, meet friends, and have fun. The most popular festiwals are Przystanek Woodstok, HunterFest, Bassowiszcza and Off Festivals.

The biggest polish discos1. Mega-Disco Pallazo-is one of the bigest

discos in ours country. Premises is assagning for 4000 persons. Thera are three bars, one of them is topless bar with naked barmen and two dancing rooms.

2. Energy 2000-it´s exist since 1992. There are three dancing rooms , six levels and three bars. There are about 1000 sit places.

3. Ekwador-it´s exist since 1998. Thera are two dancing rooms and one amusing room. Also we have there six bars.
