The kingdom of Poland was consisting in 1025 and in 1569 cement a partnership with long grand duchy of Lithuania by signing the union of Lublin, erected by which the polish-LITHUANIA commonwealth. commonwealth collapsed in 1795, and polish territory was distributed between Russia, Prussia and Austria. Poland regained its independence after world war as the second polish republic, but was employed by the Nazi Germany soviet union and the outbreak of world war in September 1939.miembro European union since 2004.
