LimericksFormula:

A limerick is a 5- line poem meant t o be humorous. The rhyme pat tern is a a b b a with lines 1, 2, and 5 cont aining 3 beat s and rhyming, and lines 3 and 4 having t wo beat s and rhyming.

words on paper to give a visual ef fect t o mat ch t he feeling of t he writ ing. The shape expresses what the writ ing is about . Use st rong, colorful language to describe the t opic of the poem. Remember to think about your f ive senses.
