PMP® Prep Fast Track

PMP Prep Fast Track is a five-day immersion course designed for those preparing for the PMP Exam. This comprehensive course will help improve your Project Management knowledge and help you master the PMP Exam.

This course is offered in two formats – via virtual, live instructor-led sessions or through a traditional classroom setting.

This course fulfills all educational requirements to sit for the current PMP Exam administered by PMI. This course is aligned with the PMBOK® Guide.

Course Description

As each of the 10 project management Knowledge Areas in the PMBOK® Guide are presented, you will learn professional standards (processes, inputs, tools and techniques, outputs), as well as the practical benefits of using those standards to keep cost, schedule, scope and other critical project factors under control throughout the project life cycle.

The course is taught by seasoned project management professionals, while providing opportunities for you to work with your peers in teams to apply project management concepts and techniques to a case study.

To qualify:

•Complete and submit your PMP application and have your exam eligibility number prior to the scheduled start date of the course.

•Complete the PMP Certification Exam at a Prometric Test Center within 30 days of completing the course.

In order to be reimbursed, you must:

•Fax or email CEG your PMP Exam scorecard and document that you sat for the Exam within 30 days of completing the course for proof of eligibility.

•Take the retest within 21 days of your first attempt.

If you fail to pass the PMP Exam on the second attempt, CEG will reimburse a third examination fee at the PMI Member rate of $275 and follow the above support offering. (The same requirements for reimbursement apply, and you must take the retest within 30 days of your second attempt). If this attempt is also unsuccessful, CEG will reimburse you for the cost of the course less the cost of the two re-examination fees.
