A secondary degree (high school diploma or the global equivalent)

At least 1,500 hours of project experience
OR
23 hours of project management education by the time you sit for the exam.
Exam 150 questions, 88 of the 135 (65 %) resulted passing score (2009).
Duration 3 hours.
Education required You can satisfy the education requirements by demonstrating
the successful completion of courses, workshops and training
sessions offered by the following education providers:
PMI Registered Education Providers (R.E.P.s)
PMI chapters or communities of practice
Employer/company sponsored programs
Training companies or consultants (e.g., training schools)
Distance -learning companies, including an end –of course
assessment

PgMP Credentialing Process
Overview
Evaluation 1 Panel Review:
The initial evaluation occurs through an extensive application review during which a panel of
credentialed program managers will assess your professional experience based on your responses to
the Program Management Experience Summaries provided on the application.
Evaluation 2 Multiple Choice Examination:
The next step occurs with the multiple choice examination in which you will be called upon to
demonstrate your Competence in both situational and scenario based questions.
Evaluation 3 Multi Rater Assessment (MRA):
Once you pass the examination, you will be moved to the third and final evaluation, which is the
MRA. Similar to a 360 degree review process, a team of raters that you select will assess your history
of demonstrated performance of tasks that are pertinent to program management
