GREEN SMART HOUSE ProjectA sustainable home created using environmentally responsible ideas and materials Housing Industry Association (HIA), Aus.Introduction & BackgroundSmart Integrating electrical devices in a house with each other, connected through home network or personal gadgets. e.g. houseplant and yard watering, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning), security locks, etc.

Green Energy efficient Reduces wastage

Objective:

Criteria of green smart house:

Enhance Water & Energy EfficiencyImprove Indoor Temperature ControlUpgrade The Security SystemsMeet the requirement of ISO 14001

To improve inhabitant experienceTighten up the security system to ensure safetyPreserve environments and promote go-green activities

Related projectsthis will enable households to achieve as much as 30 per cent savings in energy bills- Martin Manniche, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, GreenWaveReality, Sg.

ExteriorSolar Panel using Photovoltaic (PV) solar cell system.converts light from the sun directly into electricity Used for: rooftop shingles, roof tiles, building facades, or the glazing for skylights or atria.

Smart Windows/Smart Glass Using electrochromics to change light transmittance, transparency or shading of windows in response to a stimulus such as sunlight, temperature.has "memory" and does not need constant voltage to maintain the tinting saves electricity.

Interior All-in-one lighting, heating & security systems by Neoji

Reconstructs 3D image of the house using an array of sensors to detect sound, motion, humidity and temperature. HD camera installed allows you to survey your living room via the Neoji mobile app.Safety features: motion sensor, adaptable to daily sounds so that it detects anomalous activities and alerts residents via Neoji mobile app. Heating and Lighting: automatically monitors and controls heating and lighting at home.
