• A turn-key flood coating equipment line, with all auxiliaryequipment, such as air compressor, air diaphragm pump, hydraulic powerunit,  and controls, ready to use.

• Features high output flood coater, with hydraulic powered doubletop and bottom back brushes, and side brushes. All back brushes, andpowered feed roller are cantilever mounted, with all bearings andhydraulic motors mounted outside of the coating chamber.

• Extremely high transfer efficiency; coating is not atomized, but isapplied in a flood coat, with subsequent rubber squeegee roll, andback brushes, holding close wet-mil coating tolerances.

• Portable drying carts are used for natural drying @ ambient temperatures. NOTE: Three carts are furnished per machine (Additional carts are available atnominal cost.)

• Average production (2X6-16') with three employees will consistentlyexceed 7,700 board feet/hour. However, flood coater is designed formuch higher feed rates (many of our machines average 500-600 linealfeet per minute in large factory settings, when coupled to high outputlumber transfer systems).

and production training is included; plus travel and lodging.
