Few days before opening day or on the day itself or some issues later, The Principal, IQAC, all HODs in consultations with CDC, has decided this plan of action of the college for the academic Year 2017-18

6. if any activity involves financial component in it, it should be handled according to prevailing rules and norms of the department and with the consent of the Principal.
In that case, Day book, Stock book, issue register be maintained properly.

6. Towards the end of the Academic year/existence of the committee, teacher has to obtain an work done certificate from the convener, IQAC and Principal. This should be documented in the academic audit of the teacher.

5. From 02-01-2014 to 06-01-2014 “ MESSENGERS OF PEACEKARNATAKA STARTUP NETWORKING LEADERS GATHERING” at Doddaballapur.

7. From 07-02-2014 to 11-02-2014 state level training programme bellare, S.K Dirstrict.
Science Club:
1. On 27-08-2013 Inagural function Chieff guest Dr. N. E Thyagaraj gave a special lecture on “ Science with Special reference to Nature”
2. On 30-09-2013 Proff. C.D Sridhar Dirctor ISRO gave special lecture on “ Recent Activites of ISRO” technology for common man’ that Dr. Haldodderi Sudhindra, professor and
H.O.D of Aerospace engineering ,
3. On 10-03-2014 a special lecture on ‘Nano AllianceUniversity delivered the lecture on the same day in the 2d session was organised a lecture on”Agriculture in Karnataka, present and
future” by Dr. Muthuraju R. GKVK.
Heritage Club:
1. On 23-08-2013 Inaugural Function.
4. On 18-09-2013 conducted a special lecture on “preservation of Archaeological Antiquites and methods of excavation” by Prof. H.S Jagadeeshappa.
5. On 05-11-2013 conducteing PPT Show on Indus valley excavation.
6. On 04-02-2014 a special lecture on Research methods and techniques.
7. On 21-02-2014 a special lecture on Art and Architectural development during medival India.
8. From 17-03-2014 to 19-03-2014 – 03 days work shop conduceted at MES college chikmagalur on “ The study of inscriptions” our PG Students attended.
9. From 06-03-2014 to 08-03-2014 Historical Tour Conducted for PG Students. Who visited Belur, Halebeedu, Sharavana belagula, Srirangapatana and Mysore.
