    Measurement

    KPI measurements statistics are measured 24 hours aggregation usingdata from OSS system. Method and scope as follows:

    i. For new sites : using three(3) consecutive days measurement

    ii. For work description swap Network Element, Relocation

    Network Element, and Relocation Expansion NE, all KPI

    parameter will be monitored for 3 working days before and 3working days after.iii. For upgrading with additional sector/antenna

    iv. For upgrading without additional antenna.
