GenieMat™ RST is a flat, resilient, reduced sound transmission mat made from 94% recycled rubber content, used directly under hard surface floor finishes and over concrete and wood construction.

It is used when superior sound control is required in multi-family housing, high-rises, or commercial buildings and protects ceramic tile, porcelain and stone from substrate cracks.

Application:

To be attached at the base of the perimeter wall of the entire subfloor, as well as around the perimeter of any protrusions, prior to unrolling and installing GenieMat™underlayment products, in order to isolate or break the vibration transmission path between the floor and the wall.

GENIEMAT™ Iso-Sill Acoustic Isolation Pads act like a permanently resilient gasket used to reduce sound and vibration transfer through the building structures. Iso-Sill can be used for wood and steel framing, or for concrete block or pour.

Iso-Sill is manufactured with re-claimed rubber and is formulated with high damping acrylic polymers making it a “Green” product for LEED projects. The Iso-Sill pad is manufactured to carefully controlled density standards for trusted long term service.

Treadmill Isolation Pads

Pliteq Treadmill Isolation (TI) Pads are a mix of vibration isolators made from a superior combination of vibration damping materials.

Vibration pads are available for any treadmill application. Vibration isolation efficiencies up to 99% and over 40dB noise reduction are commonly achieved, eliminating noise transfer into other areas.

The Treadmill Isolation Pads are inherently non-slip.

Treadmill Isolation PadsApplicationPlace one pad under each of the four treadmill feet. The floor under the treadmill should be clean and free of debris and all machine cords should have some free play.

Ensure the front pads are installed in the front and the rear pads are installed at the back of the unit. Lift the equipment according to the manufacturer’s specifications and use proper safety procedures.Lower the treadmill into place and ensure that the foot is centered on the mounts. Please note that even deflection occurred.
