Mass Media Defense Foundation

This Internet public access point is utilized by the mass media of the

Central Black Soil region.

Journalists are provided access to the network and

its resources.




The school provides specialized athletic training for children and adolescents with

intellectual disabilities to facilitate their involvement in

social life in the form of athletic competitions.




Due to the Voronezh Civnet project, the school has been able to work as a regional coordination center

of the Special Olympiad - International program of all-year-round sports and competitions

for children with intellectual disabilities.




Connection to the Internet, makes it possible for the

school to maintain communications (via е-mail)

with the managers of the Special Olympiad

and other regional centers in Russia and abroad.






The Main Public Access Point functions at the Voronezh State Technical University.

The Main Public Access Point facility is open to everyone and is open for visitors 7 days a week.
