Please furnish your quotation for the works mentioned in the enclosed quotation form "Schedule of work", -Yourquotation should fulfill the following conditions:-

A. Quotations should be sent in a SEALED ENVELOPE addressed to the BECIL official (As per detailsgiven below) so as to reach him on or before 24/08/2015 up to 12.30 P.M., quotations received late willbe rejected.

E. VAU[;)ITY:· Tender should remain open for acceptance for a period of three months from the date ofopening.

G. This office reserves the right to accept any quotation not necessarily the lowest. Further this officereserves right of increasing / decreasing the quantity. of the material tender depending 0 actualrequirements. The unit rate quoted in the tender shall be applicable to the quantity for which the orderis placed.

H. EMD/Security deposit: - An EMD of Rs 1100/·(One Thousand One Hundred Only) shall be depositat the time of tender submission in the form of DO in favor of Broadcast Engineering Consultant IndiaLimited payable at Delhi. The EMD of the successful tenderer shall be returned aftercompletion of work, whereas the EMD of the unsuccessful tenderer shall be returnedwithin 15 days of the finalization of the contractor. The EMD shall not carry any interest.
