1. Government of Tamil Nadu has offered to sell by auction theRe-issue of 8.06% Tamil Nadu State Development Loan 2028for an amount of Rs.1000.00 Crore. Securities will be issuedfor a minimum nominal amount of Rs.10,000/- and multiplesof Rs.10,000/- thereafter. Auction which will be price-based under multiple price format will be conducted by ReserveBank of India at Mumbai Office (Fort) on May 21, 2019.
2. The Government Stock up to 10% of the notified amount ofthe sale will be allotted to eligible individuals and institutionssubject to a maximum limit of 1% of its notified amount fora single bid as per the Revised Scheme for Non-competitiveBidding facility in the Auctions of State Government Securitiesof the General Notification (Annexure II). Under the scheme,an investor can submit a single bid only through a bank or aPrimary Dealer.
3. Interested persons may submit bids in electronic format onthe Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber)System as stated below on May 21, 2019.a) The competitive bids shall be submitted electronically onthe Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber)System between 10.30 A.M. and 12.00 P.M.b) The non-competitive bids shall be submitted electronicallyon the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber)System between 10.30 A.M. and 11.30 A.M.
4. The price expected by the bidder should be expressed upto two decimal points. An investor can submit more thanone competitive bid at different rates in electronic format onthe Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber)System. However, the aggregate amount of bids submittedby a person should not exceed the notified amount.
5. The result of auction will be displayed by Reserve Bank ofIndia on its website on May 21, 2019. Successful biddersshould deposit the price amount of Stock covered by theirbids bymeans of a Bankers’ Cheque or Demand Draft payableat Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai (Fort) or Chennai onMay 22, 2019 before the close of banking hours.
6. The Government Stock will bear interest at the ratedetermined by Reserve Bank of India at the auction. Interestwill be paid half yearly on November 08 and May 08. TheStock will be governed by the provisions of the GovernmentSecurities Act, 2006 and Government Securities Regulations,2007.

Whereas,The undersigned being the authorised officer of the Bank of India under the
Securitisation of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(12) read with rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a demand notice dated 01.01.2019 calling upon the Borrower Mr. Satyawan Arjun Khadapkar to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs. 7,79,759/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Nine Only) (uncharged interest up to 30.11.2018 within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice.
