Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF)
The FNL Roadmap Chapter Guide was created to lead Friday Night Live (FNL) & Club Live (CL) chapters through an action process modeled after the SPF.
The Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) unveiled the SPF in 2004.
It combines a community-based risk factors approach with a population-based public health approach to prevention.
Roadmap & CalOMS Pv are modeled after the 5 Steps of the SPF:
① Capacity Building② Assessment③ Planning④ Implementation⑤ Evaluation
