Playful Parenting is designed for parents withchildren up to the age of 11 years. The aim ofthe course is to enable parents who attend, tobroaden their knowledge of how mindfulnessand compassion focused approaches canprovide a new range of skills, to help parentsin a way that benefits their mental health andwell-being, and also helps their children to bemore emotionally regulated and happy.
