Their service technicians have been working on a faulty “NODE” (whatever that is). Service has been dropping out, usually no more than a few minutes a couple of times a day. WiFi in the Club Room is serviced by Verizon and hasn’t been affected by the outages. The Broadway Promenade WiFi system is only run as a se- cure network that requires a log-in name with a password which is stored in an encrypted format that is not visible to any- one once it's entered into the system. When you have guests, they can also access the network us- ing your email and password. We also have guest log-in and password cards available at the front desk for your visitor or guest’s convenience. These guest passes will be changed from time-to-time to prevent abuse and also help maintain the integrity and security of the system. Charges: $100.00 for access through the building’s network. Upload/download speed can vary with this option. For maxi- mum signal strength: $200.00 for a gateway (hotspot) hard- wired through the existing data lines directly from our Comcast Business Class Routers directly into your unit. Contact: bpirollo@yahoo with any questions. Checks payable to Broad- way Promenade.

UNIT SHUTDOWN GUIDE
Spring is around the corner and many of our friends and neighbors will be leaving us. Here are some re-minders of the things that will need to be taken care of prior to departure:
Complete Unit Access Form and provide a key for those who will require access to your unit.
Leave a set of car keys with someone you trust or in a place they can be accessed easily by the front office if your vehicle is being left here (in case it needs to be moved).
Empty refrigerator, make sure ice maker is shut off and container emptied. Place open box of baking soda inside to absorb odors. If unplugged, leave doors open to prevent mold.
Shut off/unplug non-essential electrical devices.
Water heater: Trip breaker and shut off incoming water. Open faucets in all sinks.
Have A/C unit inspected/serviced prior to departure. Install new filter, set thermostat at 78F and humidi-
stat at 50%. DO NOT TURN OFF A/C UNIT.
Shut off all sinks and run water. Put 1/4 cup baking soda in drain and pour 1/4 cup vegetable oil in gar-bage disposal.
Cover toilet bowls with plastic wrap to avoid evaporation.
Open drawers/doors for circulation.
Close blinds and draperies to prevent sun damage.
Bring in all outside furniture, planters, pots, and loose items.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Most Important of all have a safe journey!

NO GUEST SUITE RESERVATIONS COMMENCING
APRIL 15, 2014
AND CONTINUING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
ALL MOVE OUTS AND DELIVERIES MUST BE
ARRANGED WITH THE FRONT DESK
PLEASE COME IN PERSON OR CALL 941-951-0260
GRILL COURTESY
Use of the grill is made by reservation with the front desk. We must make reservations because we have 2 grills and hundreds of residents.
PLEASE SHOW UP AND USE GRILL DURING YOUR RESERVED TIME SLOT!
Please do not come during another’s reserved time. Arriving late during season causes overcrowding and delays and it is not fair to your friends and neighbors
who have arrived on time and need time and space to cook.
Thank you for your courtesy and discretion.
Roundabouts Are Coming
There are 2 roundabouts that are funded and scheduled for construction by 2016 at 10
th Street and 14
th Street & Tamiami Trail. Information on these and others
