Here in Hamburg-Oststeinbek we can manufacture tools up to a weight of 5 tonnes. We use CNC-controlled tooling machines from renowned manufacturers, which are operated by our knowledgeable toolmakers.
The strictest quality control ensures that the production of your plastic injection mould is carried out to the highest standards of precision and quality, so your plastic injection moulded component is finished to perfection and can be reproduced in perfectly identical copies.
Measuring projector for perfect dimensional accuracy
In our climate-controlled 1A measuring room, equipped with a Keyence measuring projector and a CNC 900 mm x 600 mm measuring machine, we can consistently check, measure and automatically document our injection moulded plastic products.

The Quick-Change System (QCS), refined by our experts, based on the machinery of well-known manufacturers such as HASCO, Meusburger and Strack and employed in our workshop, addresses our customers' need for a high level of flexibility in production, without compromising on other benefits like fast delivery times.
Unlike conventional moulds, the QCS consists of a master mould, into which the mould cartridge can be inserted.
You benefit from cost savings on the mother mould, which needs to be purchased only once.
This means that only one mould mount is required for up to 5 cartridges, bringing material savings and a quick turnaround time.
Ideal for pre-production models or as a prototype tool, the tooling system is available in 3 different sizes with clamping forces from 50 - 160 tonnes.
The core purpose of our mould-making business is to make high quality and precise injection moulds.
Our tools are built to the highest quality using our team's extensive expertise, developed over many years. We use standard components from Hasco, Meusburger and Strack. On request we can of course us mould supports from other providers.
All customer-specific tools are kept in our special secure tool storage facility. Tools are stored fully maintained and ready for production, so impromptu 'last-minute' production is possible at all times.
In our injection moulding workshop you will see the latest generation of machines with clamping forces from 10 - 500 tonnes. We process all thermoplastics such as ABS, PC, PP, PE, PA, TPE, POM, PPS and many others.
We can manufacture moulded plastic components weighing from 1 g to 3,000 g each.

Through accredited suppliers, we produce the tool and a share of the units for the fire extinguisher holder used on the new Airbus A350.
We produced the protective covers for the cabin of the A380.
In the past we also injected the hinges of the oxygen mask containers into the cabin ceiling for Fokker.
