Ladies and Gentlemen:
This is to advise that it is our intent to provide sewer service to the 270 acre Parcel # 015-131-06 and the 10 acre Parcel# 018-517-01.
The following conditions apply to this Intent to Serve:
1) Expansion of the Silver Springs GID service area (if required) will be done atthe developer's expense including, but not limited to, engineering, flowmodeling, legal fees and associated public meetings.
2) Any needed on or offsite sewer collection, treatment and effluent systemimprovements are to be designed and built by the developer at thedevelopers expense, approved by the Silver Springs GID and the NDEP andupon Silver Springs GID inspection and acceptance, be turned over to theGID.
3) Silver Springs GID will be supplied with a legal description of the proposedsubdivision including the number and type of units anticipated for the project.The GID will not accept industrial strength flows which means that individualpretreatment protocols may be required prior to individual Will Serve lettersbeing issued.
The developer must contact our office for an Application for Acceptance to the Silver Springs GID Sewer System and pay associated fees, or this intent to serve is void.
