Resolved to accept the apologies received. 81 Declarations of Interest None. 82 Minutes of Last Meeting Resolved that the minutes of the meeting of Planning & Highways Committee Meeting held on Tuesday 5 th February 2019 be signed as a true record of the meeting. 83 Matters Arising The CEO advised committee that there will be a delay in the timescale to install Gateway Heritage signs approved in January 2019. Birmingham City Council (BCC) Highways officers are required to submit a Full Business Case which must be approved by BCC’s Street Services and Transportation group. It is expected that the signs will be installed towards the end of May 2019. Resolved to note the CEO’s update. 84 Walmley Village Public Realm Improvements Committee were advised that proposals for improvements at Walmley Village were well received and feedback was constructive. The report highlighted amendments to the design concept. Resolved to note the revised concept for the War Memorial square.
