This Quick Reference Guide outlines some of the basic functionality to help you find what you need in a snap. For more additional assistance, click the Help link in the top right navigation menu. Getting Started

The My Plans page is your dashboard for information and tools necessary for the management of your plan. Plans are summarized center screen with Plan Name, Administrator and Plan Assets. Click the plan number to open the Plan Summary page.

Select your desired service

Indicate your authorization to act on behalf of your employer and click “Submit.”

The Plan Summary page provides information specific to each plan. By default, the page opens to the Asset Allocation table to provide you with a graphic representation of the funds within the plan. Click the appropriate tab for alternate views including Assets by Contribution, Assets by Fund and Fund Information.

Fund performance information is available by clicking the appropriate links on the Fund Information tab.

This page provides detailed information specific to any participant within your plan. This page is accessed via the Participant Search function on the My Plans page. Individual accounts are listed in table view along with participant information below. Click on the account number to access the Account Details page. Click the Loan Information tab for an alternate view providing available loan data.

The Account Details page provides detailed account level information including the current account investments. Click on the Transaction History tab to view transaction history related to the account.

My Reports

This section provides access to a wide range of reports necessary for the management of your plan. The default view is the Completed tab where previously generated reports can be found. You may view Pending Reports as well as Recurring Reports by clicking the appropriate tab.

DataPlus gives you the ability to generate reports based on specific census, loan or transaction details. If you would like to run the reports on a regular basis, DataPlus also allows you to save your specifications as a template to be run at a future date or even select a schedule and be notified by e-mail when your report is ready for viewing. Reports can be generated at either the participant or plan level and have the ability to filter and include a wide assortment of fields. Please note that for reporting purposes and depending on the report type, certain fields may be required or possibly unavailable. In this case, the associated check box will be grayed out.

Select the desired plan for the report.

Select the type of report you would like: Participant, Plan Assets or a previously defined Saved Profile.

Indicate which sub-group, if any, you would like on the report.

Use the Schedule a Report link to request a report. You are able to request one-time or recurring reports through this feature.

By selecting the Participant Report in Step 1 you will be prompted to filter and select Participant related fields you would like included on the report.

In addition to standard demographic information like Name, Social Security Number and Account number the following field categories are available: Census, Financial, Loan and Transaction History. You may also combine Census with either Financial, Loan or Transaction fields.

If VALIC is providing plan compliance services, you can upload your census file using this feature. To upload a census file, simply click the “Census File Upload” link, complete the form and click “Upload File.”

Step 3: Finalize and Submit Your Report

In the third and final step you will name your report, decide if you would like to save it for future use and indicate if you would like to receive an e-mail once it is ready for viewing.

Once you are ready to generate your report click the button titled “Submit Your Report”

Assign a name for your new report

Check box to save for future use

Elect this option to be notified via e-mail once your report is ready for viewing

By selecting the Plan Asset Report in Step 1 you will be prompted to filter and select Plan Asset related fields you would like included on the report.

Fund Name, Contribution Source Type and Report Range are some examples of available fields on this report.
