PIZZARECIPE

INGREDIENTSFOR THE DOUGH

• 24 oz ( 700gr) FLOUR• 1 tbsp salt• 1tbsp sugar• 2 oz ( 50 gr) butter• 2 packets of yeast• 3 tbsp oil• 350-400ml warm water

DIRECTIONS( DOUGH):

• Place the flour, salt and sugar in a big mixing bowl.

• Add the butter, the yeast and mix together

• Make a well in the centre and add the oil and most of the water.

• Mix it and add more water if needed.

• Make the dough. Add more water if needed.

• Cover it with a tea towel and leave it for 5 minutes.

• Knead the dough until it feels smooth.• Shape into balls, add oil and work them in

the shape wanted

• Add tomato, cheese and all your favorite toppings.
