Pivotal CRM – Resource Activity Monitor The Pivotal Resource Activity Monitor utility is an easy-to-implement and simple-to-use extension for your Pivotal CRM 5.7 or Pivotal CRM 5.9 Rich Client deployment, including mobile clients. The utility allows the tracking of a variety of activities within the system, commonly used to monitor login and logout, report or search execution, and access of forms. Once implemented, an administrator can control which categories are activated without interrupting users.
