Nozzle Know HowThe average nozzle only last approximately 18 monthsNozzles with drilled orifices don’t have surfaces hard enough to hold up to high-pressure water for extended periods. This means that everytime you use that drilled nozzle it is getting progressively more inefficient. The more worn out the orifices become, the less thrust your jetter will produce. Find out how replaceable jets can improve your nozzles longevity.

Nozzles need to be properly setup for your jetter flow & pressureThe orifice size and quanitity all contribute to your jetter working like it was designed to. The proper jet configuration is important to your engine and pump working longevity. Contact us or your local equipment dealer to have a calculation run to show you how your jetter could generate more thrust, use less fuel and last longer. A flowmeter is necessary to calculate the exact flow at the end of the jet hose due to friction pressure loss.

The wrong nozzle can make a jetter succeed or completely fail Your pump, engine and chassis are all maintained like they should be, but your jetter just isn’t performing like it used to... Your nozzle has probably worn out. Keep that hose running off the reel and make cleaning passes fast with a properly setup nozzle. Why Giant?Unique Gear End

Giant continues to service pumps that have been in the fi eld forover twenty years. Very

expensive materials are standard, such as spheroidal cast iron crankcase gear ends.

Critical components such as crankshafts are forged, ground, tumbled and hardened. Tapered roller bearings evenly distribute

the forces throughout the gear end. Toughbronze connecting rods not inexpensive

aluminum lead to crossheads which guide the machined and hardened stainless steel

plunger bases to provide a smoothoperation and less wear on manifold

components.

materials to meet your needs. Materials such as Nickel-Aluminum-Bronze, 303 and 316 Stainless Steel, Duplex Steel

and Titanium give you the fl exibility to withstand the harshest fl uid media. With

2. Durability - If a component has a reputation of being fragile or not very reliable, then it is worth finding something better. We are constantly searching for the best components possible to make PipeHunter equipment last as long as possible.

3. Accessibility - You shouldn’t have to make 15 phone calls to find out where the best place to get replacement parts and service. We work very hard to find local dealers so experience and help is not far away.
