-Linestop fitting is bolted to pipe - contractor pours thrust blocks

- Temporary knife gate valve is then mounted- Hottap machinery bolted up and hottap is performed- Valve closed, tapping machine removed- Linestop equipment mounted and temporary plug isplaced down into the line-Blow-down test occurs through 2” assembly-Contractor begins their work
