Pine Tree has completed nearly $700 million in transactions in the past 24 months alone. In its 20 years, Pine Tree has developed or acquired 89 shopping centers across the country, totaling nearly 7 million square feet of leasable space.

We take pride in the long-term partnerships we’ve built with both public and private investors who have helped us get there. Pine Tree has worked directly with some of the largest and sophisticated institutional investors in the country, including: public pension funds, public REITs, large private equity funds, large family offices, and private investors.
