Bermuda’s best feature and globally renowned for its beauty is our harbour. An event facility, purposely-‐built iconic structure, will draw focus to the City of Hamilton and to Bermuda’s central business district, allowing for inImate to large producIons to be staged on our waterfront.

With the transformaIon of Pier 6 Harbour RooMop structure will be the support funcIon for convenIon services, weddings, concerts and private gatherings, providing all F&B services and washroom faciliIes.

With its magnificent harbour vista, the rooMop at Pier 6 is an unparalleled entertainment event desInaIon. Perfectly situated along Hamilton Harbour, this spectacular venue offers unforgeRable views, event staging ameniIes and dock side mooring opIons for those who wish to arrive by sea – all within the city centre.

DIMENSIONS

The facility is housed at PIER 6 on Front Street, occupying 4,000 sq. M. of building space and adjacent to this space, the building leads through to a 4,500 sq. M permanent tented structure. Originally a cruise ship terminal, the building has been converted into prime event space, offering a carpeted and air-‐condiIoned environment in the building and an open-‐air venue under the iconic Harbour RooMop tented structure. Main entrance to the facility may be accessed via the building on Front St or alternaIvely via the structure at the west end. Both entrance points may be accessed from Front Street, making it a convenient venue with good access to parking, plus nearby public transport including ferry and bus routes. The sides of the tent may be removed at the renter’s discreIon. Bathroom, catering and storage faciliIes are located in the building side of the venue.

FURNITURE There are a wide range of suppliers available on island to meet your furniture needs. The Whi'ield Group Ltd. holds a sizeable inventory on-‐site to saIsfy the most discerning tastes. You can find a full list of furniture inventory items on page 19). Banquet tables, chairs, linens and anything else you should require can be rented at the discreIon of the client.

Rental periods are inclusive of set-‐up and break-‐down of your event. Please note that venue rental is considered a dry-‐hire; exclusive of furniture furniture, A/V and staff The arch walls may be removed at an addiIonal cost of $300

PIER 6 Event facility event rentals & services

Food / Beverage There are a wide range of caterers available on island to provide light refreshments, or alternaIvely full catering at the facility. Further informaIon can be provided once client requirements are known.

Audio Visual is at the discreIon of the client and is available at the facility but not included in the rental package. Whilst the PIER 6 building has its own ceiling lights; a combinaIon of fluorescents and spot lights, PIER 6 Harbour RooMop does not come with lighIng unless specified via the client. To maximise the potenIal of the iconic structure, we recommend a minimum lighIng package to ensure a striking ambiance for your event.

Event staff services AddiIonal event services, such as event staff for set-‐up, break-‐down and event hosIng, are available through Whi'ield Events and other event providers on-‐island. Further opIons can be offered once client requirements are known.
