THE WARM UP

The warm up must begin with joint rotations, starting from your toes and working your way up. You must perform circular movements, both clockwise and counter-clockwise. You must rotate the following joints:

After you have performed the joints rotations, you should do an activity that will increase your heart rate. Here are some examples:
