PHSC students, alumni and industry partners display 2D and 3D art, many designed as part of the curriculum in courses such as drafting and design, engineering technology, welding, industrial applications, and more. Visitors also will experience the incredible creativity involved in manufacturing from production to product that includes both skill and art, uniquely interdependent on technology.

Experience the works of Dutch graphic artist M.C. Escher (1898–1972), most famous for his ‘impossible constructions’ and explorations of infinity and paradox. Escher’s architectural, mathematically accurate imagery and keen observation of the world in which we live has become part of our common visual language and continues to amaze millions of people all over the world.
DAS® Modeling Clay Day of IguanaEvie Harper, Sculptor
Sculptor Evie Harper joins painter Julie Komenda (cover art) in a journey to better understand the earth. Harper presents her “Life Beyond Ours” series symbolizing our link with nature and its life giving force through techniques using clay and wood. Komenda presents her “Earth, Air, Fire, Water” series, exploring the envi-ronment and cultural responses to change using a variety of techniques and materials that include wax, handmade paper, clay, fiber, and acrylic media.

Oil on Canvas: Nebula Eyes Margaret Schnebly Hodge
Award winning Florida artist Margaret Schnebly Hodge has traveled paralleling careers in graphic arts and fine arts. Her work explores the interplay of line, mark, and color as conversation, as sound, and as metaphors for the underlying energy and elements of all things physical and perceived.
