Hold a Focus Group $5,000, $10,000 with food and beverage, three availableImagine spending an hour with hand-selected truckstop industry leaders, all of whom are there to focus on your company. Ask the questions you most need to know as you develop or market new products, and foster a sense of partnership with potential brand ambassadors. This is a powerful way to build relationships in a small group setting and gain priceless customer insight.

Welcome Party Refreshments $10,000Reward your fans and inspire new ones by branding the Welcome Party. Monday night’s social event is a blowout event designed to be the pinnacle of social activities at The NATSO Show. NATSO will work with you to showcase your logo in creative ways—from ice sculptures to gobos to food carvings, the options are nearly endless. It will be a night to remember - and customers will know that your sponsorship dollars made it possible.

Business Connect Lounge $10,000Sponsor the premier place for attendees and Chairman’s Circle members to refresh, reconnect and reenergize on the floor. From impromptu meetings to a central meeting point, attendees can use this lounge as their base camp for exploring the floor and they’ll know it was your company that hosted this great opportunity.

Keynote Speaker(s) $10,000, four availableSeems like every operator has two questions in mind: is the economy turning around, and what’s the government going to do next? We’re planning four keynote speakers that will each focus on one of these topics. Sponsor a luncheon speaker, and you’ll get much more than logo placement. Your executive will be invited to join NATSO leaders at the head table, your company will host a table, and you can display marketing materials on all luncheon tables.

Great Ideas for Independents Operators$10,000, two availableThis is the prime opportunity to connect with independent operators. Designed exclusively to give independents a chance to share ideas and discuss common challenges, Great Ideas is a perennial favorite. Sponsors are the only people allowed to join independents and speakers in this session. Give this important community your support.

Executive Suites $5,000Sometimes, you just want a private, quiet place to meet with your customers. An office you can lock when you leave or a VIP lounge where you can offer refreshments while showcasing your branding. These hard-walled executive suites offer just the solution to meet these needs.
