We Are ConcernedAbout Your Safety Serious injuries including permanent paralysis can occur in volleyball and other net sports. Such injuries can be caused by falls on the neck, head and other parts of the body as a result of running into the standards or undercutting a teammate. While it cannot be eliminated, the risk of injury can be reduced by strictly following these rules at all times. Use standards only under the direct supervision of a qualifi ed instructor. Be alert to the potential hazards of the net and standards and avoid undercutting other players. Always keep fi ngers and hands away from the gear mechanism when adjusting net height or tension. The winch handle must be removed from the standard at all times when play is in progress.
Cable tension must always be released before adjusting net height. Failure to do so will cause permanent damage to gears. We recommend that two persons set-up and take down the standard. It is unstable and potentially dangerous until completely and properly installed into the fl oor socket. Under no circumstances should standards be stored leaning against a wall. Lay posts fl at or securely fasten with wall mount storage brackets or a storage rack designed specifi cally for this purpose. Test stability of standards before each use. Always inspect for loose fi ttings, damage and proper positioning before each use. Replace any worn, defective or missing parts. If in doubt do not use the equipment.

Padding thickness and foam quality are critical to safety, performance and longevity in wall padding. The ability of the foam to absorb impact and resist long term fatigue failure must be considered. It is crucial for foam to be able to “take the impact”, recover, then take additionalrepeated impacts. With a product required to have an expected life of ten years or more, the foam must be able to withstand thousands of impacts and still retain its protective properties. SA Sport wall padding meets the challenge!
A full 3” polyurethane foam cushions and absorbs impact. The foam is covered with fi re retardant, 18 oz. PVC vinyl. Padding is mounted to a 1/4” plywood back.
Standard Wall Padding is 6’ H x 4’ W. Custom lengths aswell as cut outs can be designed to fi t your space and needs.

The 320P Rolling Volleyball System offers an all inclusive portable post solution complete with stand, volleyball posts, wheels, counter-weights and padding. The stands come with spring-loaded posts based on the 320 Steel Volleyball Post design. The counter-weights ensure posts will not move from net tension and the padding helps protect the athletes.
Front wheel comes off the fl oor when post is put in theupright position. This allows rubber pads to hold post in place. When post is unlocked and pulled back, the wheels raise the unit for easy transport.

Our International Regulation Net includes the world renowned Huck® patented tension pulleys at each end of the top Kevlar cable, ensuring even tension over the entire area of the net. Additional precise alignment of the net to the court marking is also possible when the net is under tension. The 9.50m net is manufactured with knotless, high tenacity polypropylene, 4mm diameter and a 11.70m Kevlar top cable. The reinforcing top band is polyester/fi berglass. 6 position attachment, 6 tension cords with slide lock tensioners. Also includes a 70mm wide, white band along the top and a continuous 50mm wide white band along the bottom. Meets or exceeds international specifi cations.

If you are interested in purchasing SA Sport volleyball standards for your gymnasium facility, it is very important that our floor sockets are installed. This will ensure that the equipment will be fully compatible with the socket anchors and when properly installed, will greatly contribute to the safety and performance of the equipment.
Most equipment purchased by our customers occurs after gymnasium construction is complete. Often, existing floor sockets are not compatible with the equipment purchased and customers must incur great expense to upgrade their sockets. Greater communication between the equipment supplier, facility users, architectural firms and contractors prior to the construction stage would eliminate this problem.
NOTE: It is important to check the center to center distance between fl oor sockets before ordering your net. If your court layout does not meet offi cial regulation size (36’) your net may need to be modifi ed. SA Sport does not install sockets, but can provide you with companies who can. Contact us for further information.

Adaptor allows you to use your smaller diameter posts in your 3” volleyball socket. This steel sleeve insert accommodates a badminton post O.D. range of 1.9”- 2”.

Socket Insert Adaptor
1. Loop rope around volleyball pole.
2. Loop rope around cleat peg and pull until desired tension is reached.
3. Wrap rope all the way around the cleat peg and pull fi rmly.
4 While pulling rope tight, insert into cleat teeth to lock the system.
1. Place posts in fl oor sockets.
2. Adjust end post heights to either regulation men or women’s height.
3. Attach net rope to post hook at one end and to winch leader strap at other end ensuring that both cables are over pulleys.
4. Tighten winch until net height at centre court meets regulation height. Note: do not tighten winch past this point.
5. Tighten net straps at either end (See Huck Net system instruction above). Note: keep straps horizontal as possible.
6. Adjust end of net height to meet regulation height by adjusting position of net straps on post.
7. If there are ropes on the bottom of the net, tie them off to the end posts.
