From 22-24 June 2017, more than 300 would-be businessmen gathered at the ITDI-DOST exhibition at the 2017 Negosyo Fair organized by the Regional Operations Group (ROG) of DTI in the biggest gathering of entrepreneurs and would-be businessmen, industry experts, and program partners at the SM Mega Trade Halls in Mandaluyong City.

Led by ROG (Regional Operations Group) Undersecretary Zenaida Cuison-Maglaya and Assistant Secretary Ameenah A. Fajardo, the event was organized by the Negosyo Center Program Management Unit. It partnered with three other DTI agencies such as IPG-EMB, IDG-BOI, and MSG-HRAS, and Ariva Academy in the conduct of the Business Counsellors Conference. As well, it conjoined with DOST through ITDI, PTRI, FNRI, and DOST-NCR. DOST Undersecretary Brenda L. Nazareth-Manzano delivered a message for the Department while Shamsey Supsup-Lee, Miss Universe-Philippines 2011, gave a testimonial as a Negosyo Center beneficiary.
