base, the rock foundation of our protection against evil. Next we see that evil spirits must always recognize Jesus and bow to the presence of God. Calling upon the Name of Jesus is how we protect ourselves when confronting evil and in the earliest communities was the clearest form of protection. Many people imagine that battling evil is only for the spiritually mature. You can fight evil by calling on the name of Jesus, and putting your faith in the one who truly defeats the evil one, the Holy One of God, Jesus Christ.

PACKED THE TRUCK!

St. Juan Diego Respect Life thanks all parishioners who contributed to our Fall Baby Bottle drive and the Christmas Pack the Truck Event. Both events benefitted Aid to Women Center. Parishioners donated more than $19,000.00 for the Baby Bottle drive. Our Pack the Truck event brought in 5 car seats, 6 strollers, countless diaper bags, baby clothes, blankets, and diapers. Our parish is blessed to have so many extremely generous, loving, and caring people.

más poderosa, el fundamento de roca de nuestra protección contra el mal. A continuación, vemos que los espíritus malignos siempre deben reconocer a Jesús e inclinarse ante la presencia de Dios. Invocar el Nombre de Jesús es la forma en que nos protegemos cuando nos enfrentamos al mal y en las primeras comunidades era la forma más clara de protección.
