With the rise in the local economy and increasing pollution levels, it is becoming essential to find a possible alternative to make easy and fast money at the low risk.

Building a hall and storing all types of gym machines that are put on use by all customers, all customers will pay K10.00 everyday from 10am to 5pm for using the service. This service is a unique service in this Highlands Region of PNG where there is no competitors at all.

The aim of this venture proposal was to create a business using local design gym health and fitness.

This slides presents the designs including the Market Opportunity & Target Group SWOT Analysis, market strategy , Competitive Advantage and Risks for my IDEA , Manufacturing / service and finally the conclusion, report of each slide which includes their own questions with answers.

A description of the design and an analysis of operational efficiency for each slide are well structured followed by the comparison of their respective slides. Finally, the most important slide is the efficient design of the services oriented.

Gym machines are basically used for a complete workout and it is suitable for people of all ages irrespective of the age (except children). The machines just stimulate the action of rowing on land.

Since this services oriented is very unique in the local market, it is a market opportunity for this business to earn large sums of income with no competitive in the market.

Since my innovation is a service oriented, it requires a very well design plan to achieve a particular long-term aim. Step follows;

Provide advertisements on all medias and made the service known very well to the public at large.

Since there is no competitive, my service may success in the market.

There will be much more risk in the market, people all around may really like my service, most of the risks may come during the initial starting of my project, deciding a suitable place or constructing of the building, it will require a number of direct and indirect labors, this may also include raw materials and many more which are very expensive that may sometime in return wont meet all the relevant requirements.
