We believe that academics should take rst priority; ae all, it is the reason we are at Iowa State. One of the greatest tools we have is the requirement of a weekly study session for both freshmen and other members who do not meet the GPA requirement. Older members are also ve eager to help others with the classes they are in as well. There is also the opportunity for free tutoring for all members, as well as a reducon in house fees for those students who achieve a 3.0 GPA or higher. These study progra help ensure that all Phi Kaps remain in top academic standing. Leadership Phi Kappa Theta oers support for a wide variety of leadership opportunies.
