West Nile Delta Onshore Gas Processing Facilities

Project Name West Nile Delta Onshore Gas Processing Facilities

Jobsite Location Egypt

Project Description Onshore facility to treat fluids from the offshore fields to

meet a pipeline export specification for gas and

condensate. Comprising two gas processing trains having

a design capacity of 525 MMscfd each, capable of

receiving and processing up to 20,000 barrels per day of

stabilized condensate. Additional facilities include an

MEG regeneration and reclamation facility a water

treatment facility and export pipeline.

Status/Opportunities Prequalification is mandatory.

Major Equipment Packages are still to be awarded.

Tagged equipment / items / E&I bulks / Piping bulks

enquiries to be issued during the second half of 2013.

Reliance J3 O's & U's, Marine Facilities and CPP

Project Name Reliance J3 O's & U's, Marine Facilities and CPP

Project Description Reliance is expanding the existing facilities at Jamnagar to

include various additional process units and associated off-

sites and utilities under the project name “Jamnagar J3

expansion program”. The Bechtel contract covers offsites and

utilities systems, facilities and infrastructure, new Jetty

Facilities and new Captive Power Plants (CPP).

The Bechtel scope includes project management and control,

basic and detailed engineering including process design,

procurement services, inspection coordination, expediting and

interface management.

Status/Opportunities All major equipment and bulk materials are being purchased

by Reliance.

Bechtel Procurement will assist in some pre award activities

with management of most items during the post award phase

until shipment.

Borouge 3 Project

Project Name Borouge 3 Project

Jobsite Location Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Project Description Third phase expansion of the Borouge polymers

complex.

Project scope also includes downstream product

handling facilities and utilities and offsite systems.

Services being provided through an integrated PMT

consisting of Borouge, Bechtel, and Borealis

personnel.

Status/Opportunities Project is in the construction phase.

Project Name Gladstone LNG (GLNG) Trains 1 & 2

Jobsite Location Gladstone, Queensland, Australia

Project Description A grassroots LNG complex including 2 x 3.9 mtpa

LNG liquefaction trains fed by coal seam gas, two

LNG storage tanks, a product loading jetty and a

material offloading facility to be located on Curtis

Island in Gladstone Harbor.

Status/Opportunities Home Office purchasing 85% complete.

Balance purchasing coordination being managed

from Australian Office.

Project Name Queensland Curtis LNG Project (QCLNG)

Project Description Grassroots LNG complex including 2 x 4.2 (nominal)

mtpa LNG liquefaction trains fed by coal seam gas,

two 140,000 cubic meter full containment LNG

storage tanks, and a product loading jetty to be

located on Curtis Island in Gladstone Harbor.

Status/Opportunities Home Office Procurement Complete.

Project Description Conversion of the Sabine Pass LNG Import Terminal

into an import/export facility by adding four 4.5

mtpa LNG liquefaction trains to the existing facility

Keystone XL Pipeline

Project Name Keystone XL Pipeline (KXL) Project

Jobsite Location Hardisty, Alberta to Steele City, Nebraska

Cushing, Oklahoma to the Texas Gulf Coast

Project Description A 700,000 barrel per day expansion of the Keystone

crude oil pipeline that will add a second line between

Hardisty, Alberta and Steele City, Nebraska and extend the

line southward from Cushing, Oklahoma to Port Arthur and

Houston, Texas. Project scope includes 1,704 miles of

36-inch pipeline; 30 Greenfield pump stations and three

pump station expansions in the U.S.; and 8 pump stations

and three oil storage tanks in Canada.

Status/Opportunities Limited most agreements already placed.

Project Name Australia Pacific LNG Project (APLNG)

Project Description Grassroots two-train 4.5 mtpa each LNG liquefaction plant fed

loading jetty to be located on Curtis Island in Gladstone

Harbor.

Wheatstone Project LNG

Project Name Wheatstone Project LNG Plant

Jobsite Location Onslow, Western Australia

Project Description A grassroots LNG plant including 2 x 5.0 mtpa LNG

liquefaction trains, two 150,000 cubic meter LNG

storage tanks, two 130,000 cubic meter

condensate tanks, domestic gas plant, LNG and

condensate product loading facility (PLF) with a 1.3

km jetty, marine offloading facility (MOF), 30 MM

cubic meters of dredging, utilities and

infrastructure facilities.

Status/Opportunities Prequalification is mandatory.
