Would Dynamic Pricing apply? Why or why not?

Dynamic pricing would apply to this product supply because demand of a product must be bought in order to gain income.

The price for ingredients such as flour, sugar, butter, eggs, chocolate, vanilla, and other accessories then dynamic pricing would apply for product items.
