Internet accessFree wireless Internet access is available in all public areas within Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.

Family Lounges also have public computers that have access to the Internet that can be used at any time.

Visiting hoursFamily and friends are welcome to visit at any time. There are no set visiting hours unless your medical condition requires visiting restrictions. Special visiting hours apply for patients in the Behavioral Health Unit. Ask your nurse for details.

Please be aware of any signs posted on the patient’s door. These signs require visitors to check with the nurse before entering the patient’s room.

Visitors with colds, flu or contagious illnesses should not visit.

Pet visitationMany people find that having their pet visit them in the hospital can help them feel better. In many cases this can be arranged. If you would like a visit from your pet, here are some things you need to know: You must be in a private room for your pet to visit. Your pet must be brought in on a leash or in a cage with a person that will monitor it. Your pet is not allowed in other hospital areas outside of your room. Please ask your nurse for more information.

Healing GardenThe Healing Garden is located in front of the hospital, between the main entrance and the visitor entrance. Visit this tranquil retreat to relax and enjoy the healing beauty of nature.

ChapelOur chapel is open 24-hours-a-day and is located on the first floor near the original entrance. You are welcome to visit the chapel for worship services, prayer and quiet reflection.

Spiritual Hospitality RoomThe Spiritual Hospitality Room is available 24-hours-a-day for quiet reflection, prayer, meditation and is located on the first floor near Garden View Coffee & Gifts.

Gift shopGarden View Coffee & Gifts is located on the first floor. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
