Alberto de Rosa Torner, Director General, Ribera Salud Since May 2007 Alberto de Rosa is General Manager of Ribera Salud Group. He started working in the Health Sector in 1990 and from this time on he held responsible positions in diverse companies (1998-2007: Chief Executive at Hospital de La Ribera, 1996-1998: Chief Executive at Quirón Clinic Valencia, Quirón Hospital Group, 1995-1996: Codeh. Health Consulting Group, 1990-1995: Chief Executive of Virgen del Consuelo Hospital, Valencia al Mar Hospital and 9 de Octubre Hospital, Nisa Health Services Group). 1986 Alberto de Rosa started his professional career as Auditor assistant at Arthur Andersen, where he spent one year and then switched to Mapfre where he was Financial Director for three more years. Mr. de Roas holds a Degree in Economics and Business Administration (University of Valencia. 1980-1985), a Masters in Business Administration (Esade, Barcelona, 1985-1987) as well as a Masters in Health Management (Arthur Andersen, 2000).

Alberto Huby, Gerente General, Aeropuertos del Perú S.A Ingeniero Industrial graduado en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, con estudios de postgrado en el Programa de Alta Dirección de la Universidad de Piura. Amplia experiencia en la industria aeroportuaria y aeronáutica, con conocimiento











de las regulaciones internacionales y nacionales pertinentes. Experiencia profesional en el ámbito aduanero peruano, con posteriores especializaciones en el área operativa del negocio naviero de carga. Participación en el diseño y desarrollo del negocio de almacenamiento de carga aérea en el Perú. Participación en varios procesos de privatización y concesión en el Perú y el extranjero, llegando incluso a liderar el diseño, inicio y desarrollo del negocio de almacenamiento de carga aérea y marítima con base en los aeropuertos de Tegucigalpa y San Pedro de Sula, en Honduras. Desde el año 1985 con cargos gerenciales, habiendo asumido la Gerencia General de Swissport GBH Perú en el año 2001, empresa que participó inicialmente como inversionista estratégico de Aeropuertos del Perú. Experiencia en el área operativa y de procesos, luego en la creación, organización y desarrollo de negocios. Ya como Gerente General de Swissport GBH Perú se logró la incorporación de diferentes servicios aeroportuarios como son: Servicios de Check In para pasajeros, Aviación Ejecutiva y Mantenimiento de Línea para aeronaves. Participación como asesor en el equipo que identificó, diseñó y evaluó la participación de la empresa en el proceso de concesión de los aeropuertos peruanos del norte (hoy empresa en marcha Aeropuertos del Perú). Desde el 2010, miembro del Consejo Consultivo de la Maestría de Supply Chain Management en la Universidad del Pacífico.

Aldo Fuertes Anaya, Gerente General, Popular S.A - Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión MBA del INCAE Business School (High Honors).Graduado en Administración y Finanzas en la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Tiene un Diplomado en Administración de Riesgos Financieros del Tecnológico de Monterrey. Desde el 2001, es participante de los “Roundtables on Corporate Governence for Latin American” promovidos por la OECD y el Global Corporate Governance Forum (World Bank). Ha desarrollado investigación, publicado documentos y artículos, impartido clases y conferencias y desarrollado consultorías sobre temas de Mercados de Capitales, Fondos de Inversión, Gobierno Corporativo y Microfinanzas. Actualmente se desempeña como Gerente General de Popular











Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión, Consultor Asociado de ESAN y profesor en CENTRUM, en la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas y en la Universidad de San Martín de Porres.

Alejandro Ormeño, Gerente General Perú, SN Power Alejandro Ormeño Durand cuenta con una extensa experiencia trabajando con empresas multinacionales en el rubro de Energía, Gestión de Proyectos, Finanzas y Construcción. En 2002, ocupó el cargo de Gerente de Administración y Finanzas para Cahua S.A., subsidiaria de US NRG Energy Inc., adquirida en el 2003 por SN Power. En el 2004 fue promovido a Gerente General, posición que ocupa hasta ahora. Antes de unirse a SN Power, se desempeñó también como Gerente de Administración y Finanzas para CLHB S.A., una empresa logística para hidrocarburos, subsidiaria boliviana de German Oiltanking GmbH y de Peruvian GMP S.A. Alejandro ha ocupado posiciones relevantes durante la ejecución y construcción de varios proyectos en Graña & Montero entre 1992-2000. Alejandro Ormeño es Ingeniero Civil por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú y cuenta con un MBA en Administración de Negocios de ESAN – Escuela de Negocios en Perú.

Andre Giavina Bianchi, Gerente General, Proyecto Parque Rimac – LAMSAC Andre Giavina Bianchi. Mr. Bianchi is the General Manager of Línea Amarilla. He joined OAS in 2007 as a financial officer in charge of leading a U.S.$1 billion refinery modernization project in Brazil. Before joining the OAS group, Mr. Bianchi worked for two years as treasurer in Claro (America Móvil) where he was responsible for investments, debts, insurance and collection of accounts receivable in an aggregate amount of approximately U.S.$3 billion. He also worked for six years in the Telefónica Group after it was privatized, where he held several different management positions, including structured finance manager, finance superintendent and financial director of Telefónica Factoring, a start-up project











which Mr. Bianchi led. He has a degree in chemical engineering from the University of São Paulo, a post-graduate degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas and in July 2009 concluded the Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.

Arieh Rohrstock, Gerente General, Gilat Peru Mr. Rohrstock has a degree in electronic engineering by Ort Brauda University of Israel. He is the current general manager of Gilat Peru and, since January 2012, president of Gilat Colombia too. Years ago Mr. Rohrstock served as C.O.O of Spacenet Rural; C.O.O of Gilat Latin America; Planification Manager and Development, among other leading positions. Before joining Gilat, Mr. Rohrstock served in the military force of Israel.


Art Smith, Chair, International Institute, U.S. National Council for PPPs Art Smith has more than 30 years of experience in analyzing and implementing











Public-Private Partnerships. He is the immediate past Chairman of the U.S. National Council for Public-Private Partnerships, and U.S. representative to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE)’s Team of Specialists on Public-Private Partnerships, where the member countries elected him Vice-Chair in February 2008. Mr. Smith serves as a consultant and lecturer on PPPs for organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UNECE, World Bank, Asian Development Bank Institute, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), International Law Institute and national governments. He holds an M.S. in Technology Management from the University of Maryland. Mr. Smith has been actively involved in the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP) since 1999. He has served on the NCPPP’s Board of Directors, and as a Vice President, President and Chairman.

Jorge Vilches, CEO, LAN Peru Jorge Vilches is currently CEO of LAN Peru, the main carrier in that South American country. The company operates with a mix of Airbus 319 and Boeing 767 fleet, flying to 14 domestic and more than 16 international destinations in Latin America, North America and Europe. LAN Peru is a subsidiary of LAN holding company. Luc became Manager for IFC’s $3.6bn loan and equity portfolio in Infrastructure and Natural Resources in December 2011, joined ICT’s portfolio division in December 2001 and has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic management and financial advisory services. Prior to his current position, Luc worked six years with IFC’s Corporate Finance Services Department, advising client governments on the structuring and execution of privatisation transactions. Highlights include the successful privatisation of Manila’s water utility in the Philippines (recipient of IFC’s achievement award in 1997), the restructuring and privatisation of Panama’s power sector and the restructuring of Lebanon’s national airline, Middle East Airlines. Before joining IFC, Luc advised German corporations on merger and acquisition transactions during two years at the Frankfurt office of Lazard Frères. He also worked for three years as Chief Financial Officer of a German chemicals company with sales of DM 500 million and four years as engagement manager with the L|E|K Partnership, a London based strategic management consultancy. Luc holds a M.A. degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Louvain in Belgium, an MBA degree in finance from M.I.T.’s Sloan School of Management and a B.A. degree in Economics and a post-graduate degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology. He is fluent in Dutch, English, French, Spanish and German.

Fue Gerente General Adjunto de Duke Energy Perú entre febrero de 2008 y agosto de 2009, fecha en la que fue nombrado Gerente General. Desde el 2010 asumió el cargo de Presidente del Comité Sectorial Eléctrico de la SNMPE.

El Sr. Avendaño cuenta con mas de 18 años de experiencia en banca de inversión, finanzas corporativas, administración de activos y gestión de riesgos, habiendo desarrollando una amplia trayectoria internacional, dentro de la banca y de la actividad de fondos de inversión, en particular como vicepresidente executivo Internacional del banco de inversión francés BNP Paribas y como Gerente de Inversión del fondo de pensiones canadiense PSPS IB; a través de los cuales ha liderado y participado en una amplia gama de proyectos, inversiones, estructuraciones financieras y gestión de activos tanto en el Perú, como en América Latina, América del Norte, Europa y Asia. Entre las funciones dentro del grupo BNP Paribas el Sr. Avendaño ha sido primer vicepresidente executivo de BNP Paribas Canadá y gerente general de la banca de Mid Caps. Gestionaba un portafolio de compromisos de deuda por USD 1 500 millones y un portafolio de inversión por USD 1 400 millones. En el Perú, participó en la creación y gestión de la filial regional BNP Paribas Andes, siendo el Director de Riesgos del banco, presidiendo los comités de gestión de inversiones, de créditos, de riesgos de mercado y de liquidez, así como de créditos especiales y restructuraciones. Gestionaba un portafolio de compromisos en deuda y en inversiones por USD 400 millones sobre el Perú y de USD600 millones sobre la región. Posteriormente a sus funciones con BNP Paribas, se especializó en el campo de los fondos de inversión, trabajando para el fondo canadiense PSP IB (USD50 000 millones en gestión) como gerente de inversión, encargándose del desarrollo de inversiones de Private Equity en Energía e Infraestructura en los Países Emergentes, en particular identificando y ejecutando inversión en Asia y América Latina. En el Perú, antes de unirse a Macrocapitales, fue el Gerente General de Energy Capital SAFI, donde estuvo a cargo de la estructuración y desarrollo de oportunidades de inversión en activos de energía renovable y centrales eléctricas. El Sr. Avendaño es graduado en Francia en economía, finanzas y matemáticas aplicadas en la universidad de Dauphine en Paris, y tiene un MBA de la escuela de negocios Ecole de Management de Lyon (EM Lyon), y el primer año de doctorado en economía de países emergentes de la universidad Sorbonne de Paris.

Phil Uhlmann, Finance Professor, Bentley University and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University Phil Uhlmann is a Finance Professor at Bentley University and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, both of which are in the Boston area. He has an extensive background in international banking, finance and economics. He received his Bachelor of Commerce, with a specialization in Finance, from the University of British Columbia. Also holds graduate degrees in business and international relations, respectively from the Rotman School, University of Toronto and the Maxwell School, Syracuse University. He received his PhD from The Fletcher School in 2002. Prof. Uhlmann worked for more than 25 years at the











Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, primarily in Vancouver and Toronto. His last postion at the bank was Vice President, Banks, Countries and Foreign Governments, Risk Management Division, Head Office, Toronto; he was an officer of CIBC and granted an educational leave of absence in 1998 to undertake his doctoral studies at Fletcher where he was also a Hitachi Scholar. He has substantial international risk management expertise, particularly in the areas of country risk and international banking systems. His dissertation, “See How They Run: Linkages Between National Elections and the Behavior of International Banking Flows in Developing Countries,” deals with how banking funds flow into and out of emerging market countries around national election dates. His research interests include international finance, economics and political business cycles, especially as these areas relate to multinational financial services, country risk management and international relations. He also has a keen interest in International Project / Infrastructure Finance and Western Asia, including Armenia where he taught in August 2004 and continues to be active. Prof. Uhlmann currently teaches Large Investments and International Project Finance, International Finance, Operations of Financial Institutions, and Corporate Financial Strategy - Bentley's MSF capstone course.
