James and Jenny were a newly wed couple.

They decided to engage contractor PCK to design the living room of their new flat.

After leaving the house keys to Jenny’s mother to oversee the renovation, the couple flew to Europe for a 2 months holiday.Guess what they saw when they returned from their holiday?

Oh yes! We are just married!

The best in Singapore and JB and some say Batam!

So PCK wasn’t the best in Singapore and JB (and some say Batam!) afterall.

James and Jenny decided to turn to your interior design company for help.

We would like you to do the following:

1) To re-design the living room of our flat.

2) To discard all designs made by the previous contractor.

3) To choose a suitable theme, such as avant garde, Gothic, country-like, bohemian or ethnic style, for our living room design. (We are open and flexible to any design as long as it is aesthetically pleasing.)

4) To show us a design proposal which shows 1 rendered interior design (drawings) of the living room in different styles. Your design proposal should also explain your ideas on your design or theme adopted as well as the choice of colour scheme.

You assigned different tasks for your team members.

The Interior Designer will come up with sketches to show different design themes for the living room. We will discuss and select the best two design sketches. The Draftsman will draw the perspective view of the living room interior which shows the one designs.Next, the Rendering Expert will colour the drawings with appropriate colour schemes. Lastly, the Graphic Designer will design a layout for the presentation of the rendered drawings. As for myself, I will present the design proposal to our clients.
