Dear Friends, We are thrilled to announce that we’ve received the Super Service Award from Angie’s List — for the third year in a row. It’s a big honor: no more than 5% of companies are given this award, which recog- nizes businesses that have achieved and maintained a superior service rating over the past year. We come to work every day with one goal in mind: to serve our customers at the highest possible level. We dedicate time and energy into training, with our own “Carolina University,” where we keep our technicians up to date on the newest technology and equipment. We invest in infrastructure, such as our new expanded headquarters, which allows us to store more supplies and parts on-site for quicker repairs. And we value customer service, making sure everyone on the Carolina team, from the person who answers the phone to the tech who gets your heating or cooling system up and running, puts the customer first. This award means we are reaching that goal and we intend to earn the Super Service Award every year!
