• Personality:• According to the American Psychological Association, personality

refers to individual difference in characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.

• Assessment:• The term assessment refers to the wide variety of methods or tools

that educators use to evaluate, measure, and document the academic readiness, learning progress, skill acquistion, or educational needs of students.

• One infamous assessment used to determine personality is the Myers Briggs test. The goal of the test was to allow respondents to further explore and understand their own personalities including their likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, possible career preferences, and compatibility with other people.
