• Created in the first 5 – 10 seconds of a

meeting / conversation

• Give the impression that you are

competent, knowledgeable and

professional

• Appeal to the senses

• Remember, first impressions are the best

• Necklines must not be plunging

• Hands / Legs - avoid fidgeting
