Set to be the biggest regeneration project in Europe, Spirit Quarters is a massive urban regeneration programme, to involve 3,500 new homes to be built over 15 years.

Spirit Quarters will also include a widerange of amenities to benefit thecommunity in four areas of the city –Henley Green, Wood End, Manor Farmand Deedmore.

A consortium of four developersincluding Persimmon are involved in this impressive £360 million scheme withsupport also coming from Coventry CityCouncil and Coventry New Deal forCommunities. Together, this partnershipwill guide the project from the start,right through to its developmentconclusion towards its exciting future.

The name ‘Spirit Quarters’ simply means‘a place to live’ with ‘quarter’ referring tothe four areas of the development. Theinnovation, vitality and energy of theareas involved is reflected in the word‘Spirit’, with a proud community sprit atthe very heart of the project.
