3. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO MAINTAIN ALL EQUIPMENT IN A SAFE AND FUNCTIONALCONDITION. KEEP DEAD FRONT EQUIPMENT IN PLACE WHILE EQUIPMENT IS ENERGIZED.CONDUCT ALL CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS IN A SAFE MANNER FOR EMPLOYEES AS WELL ASOTHER WORK PERSONS OR ANYONE VISITING THE JOB SITE. PROVIDE BARRIERS, FLAGS,TAPE, ETC. AS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN SAFETY.
4. INFORMATION SHOWN AS EXISTING CONDITIONS WAS PRIMARILY GAINED FROM "AS BUILT"DRAWINGS AND LIMITED FIELD INVESTIGATION. BEFORE CONSTRUCTION, VISIT SITE TOVERIFY EXISTING CONDITIONS AND MAKE ALLOWANCE FOR VARIATIONS FROM THAT SHOWN.
5. DEMOLITION WORK SHOWN WAS PREPARED FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE CONTRACTOR.THE ENGINEER DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT ALL ITEMS WHICH MAY REQUIRE DEMOLITIONHAVE BEEN SHOWN. 7. PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK, COORDINATE WITH FWS REPRESENTATIVE. WHEREDISCONNECTING, MODIFYING OR WORKING ON EXISTING EQUIPMENT OR SYSTEMS, PROVIDEA WRITTEN METHOD OF PROCEDURE OUTLINING DATES, TIMES, DURATION AND DESCRIPTIONOF PROPOSED WORK PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK FOR APPROVAL.
8. DRAWINGS INDICATE THE REQUIRED EQUIPMENT, DEVICES, FIXTURES, ETC. AND THEIRRELATED CIRCUITING REQUIREMENTS. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FORCOORDINATION OF THE DEVICE LOCATIONS WITH ALL DISCIPLINES. PRIOR TO COMMENCINGWORK, COORDINATE WITH OTHER TRADES TO PREVENT CONFLICTS.
9. REFER TO ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS FOR SLAB AND BEAM NOTES FORTHE INSTALLATION OF ANCHORS, HANGERS, AND OTHER ELECTRICAL SUPPORTS.
10. ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE LISTED AND LABELED PER RECOGNIZED ELECTRICAL TESTINGLABORATORY AND INSTALLED PER THE LISTING REQUIREMENTS AND THE MANUFACTURERSINSTRUCTIONS.
11. ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE GROUNDED PER THE REQUIREMENTS OF NEC ARTICLE 250.EQUIPMENT GROUNDING CONDUCTORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ALL POWER SYSTEMRACEWAYS.
14. WIRING METHODS FOR THIS PROJECT SHALL BE AS DEFINED IN SPECIFICATION SECTION 26 0519 AND AS REQUIRED BY CODE, LOCAL ELECTRICAL UTILITY PROVIDER AND AUTHORITYHAVING JURISDICTION/
15. PULLROPES: ANY RACEWAY WITHOUT CABLE OR WIRE SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH MINIMUM200 POUND TEST PULL LINE.
16. MAINTAIN AS BUILT CONDITIONS OF THE INSTALLATION DURING CONSTRUCTION AND SUBMITTHE FINAL CONSTRUCTED CONDITIONS TO THE OWNER/ARCHITECT FOR THEIR RECORDS.
