wanted it done His way. The rea-son that many of the early worksof the river move of God are fall-ing apart is because of the lead-ership of that move in certain ar-eas. Sometimes the priests whoare carrying the Ark become sofascinated with the monetary

gain that they change the pollsthat carry the Ark to an armoredcar and what started out in hu-mility and holiness ends up in liesand greed. Popularity changes aperson; they start out with theright stuff, but the trappings ofthe anointing pulls them into an-other arena that has nothing to dowith God at all, nor does it haveto do with the original call thatGod had placed on their lives andthey eventually return to theiroriginal calling as the trappingsof ministry get shorter andshorter. And as they trade in theirarmored car, they begin to try tofind the polls to once again carrythe Ark the way God wants it car-ried.

When I was a young boy, Godput into my heart to study history.I was never gifted in the sciencesor math, but I was called to knowhow men think and to watch theiractions. Today, if you are a stu-dent of history you can just aboutpredict what is going to happenin the world. Through the grimeof politics, we are watching anation divide into two parts justas it did before the great AmerianCivil War. But new Judges arecoming forth and our PresidentBush is putting them for nomi-nation before the United StatesSenate. And these new SupremeCourt Judges will have a say inthe direction this country takesfor the next 25 years or more.

“It has to have eternalvalue before God will blessthe increase,”Rodney Howard-Browne

For twelve years we haveplaced ourselves in themiddle of a group of men

who have experienced phenom-enal attention as the greatestamount of glory was bestowed intheir lives. One night you’re sit-ting on a platform with no hopeof anything ever happening inyour life and then overnight, theglory of God’s presence launchesyou into the national spotlight.

Although we know the prom-ises of scripture, theresponsablility of these men ofGod is very often a heavy weightupon their lives. I have watcheda handful of servants gather afollowing where the people glo-rified them. This is a dangerousplace to be if you are one of thesemen, most of them have run tothe shadow of God to hide dur-ing some of these periods of time.We are just now beginning to un-derstand why the Master holdsback his best and that the graceof God is more important thanHis presence at times. For, yousee, the grace of God allows fora situation to go on, and also al-lows for a person to make achoice that will go beyond grace. What can go beyond grace?Grace is usually experiencedamong a group of people whoknow they are not where Godwants them to be. Grace allowsroom to grow into the placewhere we begin to understandthat the approach to God is giventhrough scripture and the lifetimeexperience.

For instance, Jewish men couldnot become a rabbi until theyreached the age of 40. And it isWisdom that is needed now. Youcan’t put the Ark of the Covenanton top of a Cadellac or an ar-mored car to get the results theworld is looking for. Just asDavid built a brand new cart tocarry the Arc back to Jerusalem, you can’t bring the Ark of Godon top of an armored car to getresults. You see, God is lookingfor men to carry the Ark beforethe people, but the make up ofthese people is the character thatthey possess. It wasn’t enough tocarry the Ark on a cart, God

What good is anointing ifcharacter is not there?

Editor Jerrell MillerJudge Renquist was pro-life allthe way, but the balance of thecourt prolonged the killing of ourchildren which was launched bythe January 1973 Roe vs. Wadedecision and produced a holo-caust that even Adolph Hitlercouldn’t match. Silent death ofbabies for 32 years! At first, youcouldn’t see the death of theseinnocent babies, for it was ‘outof mind, out of sight’ - it’s some-one else’s problem and a womanshould have the right to terminatelife before nine months when itbecomes a child. The ovens ofHitler that killed more than Thir-teen Million people in World War!! were no more hotter than thewomen who conceived and thenexterminated their young babies. The Bible has a whole book dedi-cate to Judges and within thisbook, you’ll see a judicial systemthat looked away several timeswhile innocent blood was shed.Today the book of Judges standsas an example for us to read.

The Supreme Court, as weknow it, has rendered life in thewomb as nonexistent. It meansthat, you, me and everyonearound us wasn’t an individualuntil we were physically born. Itis a lie straight from hell that whatis in the womb is not human. It

was a lie that Dred Scott was apiece of property in 1860 and itis a lie today that millions of in-nocent children have beenslaughtered in the womb of theirMothers.

Getting back to History, we aremaking the same mistake againand we will pay a price for whathas gone ahead of us. The mil-lions of innocent children whohave been slaughtered by ourcourt system will demand pay-ment. I used to go to RodneyHoward-Browne meetings andused to say, “All he wants is yourmoney.” I have spent a year fol-lowing this man of God andwatching him as he moves by theSpirit of God. There is no wastedtime with this guy. He moves fastand he moves toward his targetall the time. He hasn’t built ashrine around himself for peopleto worship him, but he hasn’tdone one thing that many of theothers have done. He hasn’t soldhis birthright for who he is. Myfriend Rodney is extremely giftedand he is not impressed with whohe is. He has the character toreach for things he couldn’t haveand has the innate ability to knowthat God will provide. He is ex-tended beyond what he can do allthe time, but he has maintainedthe character that it takes for theanointing to keep flowing in hislife. If I had to say somethingabout Rodney, it would be this;he had the strength of a hardworking Christian mother andfather to shape him into the char-acter of a holy man of God. I usedto hide my checkbook when Iwent to a Rodney meeting, butnow I know this man’s heart. Ifyou could see how much he givesout, you would never say anotherthing about his offerings. deadline, the businessmanfrom Norway sent thatamount of money to head-quarters in Tampa, Floridaand it was quickly for-warded to us in South Af-rica.

Eric went on to say, “Wesaw very strange

all during the five days ofthe Crusade. On one memo-rable night, a retarded childwho was strapped into awalker and who had nevermoved his legs began tokick while he was on theplatform. God touched thischild in a powerful way and

occurances each night of thecrusade. It seemed as if Godwas doing specific healings. On one particular night, thepeople lined up to give theirtestimony of how God hadhealed them and it seemedthat on that one night, theyeach gave the same exacttestimony of how God hadhealed them. The first night, several people came for-ward and gave the testi-mony of being healed of astroke on the right side oftheir body. On anothernight, a group of peoplecame forward and gave atestimony of being healedof asthma, and then on an-other night, a woman cameforward and gave the testi-mony of the tremendous tu-mor in her stomach beingcompletely dissolved. Onsuccessive nights, thehealings were identical andwere multiple. God’s heal-ing touch was tremendous

it stirred the huge crown intoa frenzy and caused greatfaith to explode among thepeople.”.

“We ran approximately507 buses during the wholeweek, as well as broadcast-ing on the radio. Four dif-ferent secular stationsreached over one millionpeople in the Pretoriaarea. There were sev-eral who received Sal-vation, were filled withthe Holy Spirit andwere healed.

TAMPA, FL -- Charity (James) Hubbardas a child of 14 watched the world cometo an altar and repent as she sang the

Mercy Seat Song in Pensacola. The minuteEvangelist Steve Hill heard her sing he had tohave her for the altar call at the BrownsvilleRevival. That was long ago and far away. Since that time she has married and hashad a child. What is she doing now? Well ifyou ask her husband he will tell you that thefocus of the entire ministry has changed thesedays. “We are trusting God to take us to placeswhere God wants us to minister. We have hadseveral people encourage us and help us togo forward.” Jeremiah Hubbard is anevangelist in his own right and has found thesecret of trusting God. “We have tried tofollow God in a limited capacity but one dayGod got a hold of us both at the same timeand told us to launch out and trust God byfaith to travel and minister where God wantsus to be.” It all began in Dallas, Texas as the reunionof all the figures of the Brownsville Revivalcame together in Summer of 2005. You seeall the members had come together to celebratethe 10th anniversary of that move of God inPensacola, Florida. Lyndell Cooley askedCharity if she had recorded anything latelyand Charity said, “You know it takes moneyto do that!” God heard her voice and he alsoknew her heart. Charity had a vision tominister to hurting women and she also hadwritten music for a new album but with a smallchild and the struggle of ministry, there wasno money to produce the new recording. Sometimes the hardest times in ministryproduces the greatest works of God and inCharity & Jeremiah’s situation the words theyspeak are a markers in time for someone tostep in and help. Today Jeremiah and Charityare fulfilling their dream of a new recording..God had a special timing on the next musicthat Jeremiah & Charity would record. Theyvisited a church where Australian EvangelistChris Harvey was ministering. Chris hadvisited the Brownsville Revival and wastouched there by the power of God. It wasChris who approached the both of them andoffered to help pay for and produce the nextalbum of music, but this would be no ordinaryproduction. Charity’s first project producedin Florida (Holy Romance) could not matchthe quality of this new work. Under thedirection of Luke Varvell and Chris Harveythe beautiful sound that you hear surpassesthe first album and in this album you’ll hearJeremiah. Make no mistake about it, Jeremiahand Charity are good together and this newwork helps establish their ministry into a realmwhere they have never been before. Jeremiahhas a word from heaven as an evangelist, buthe also has a song in his heart. This is not the same Charity that you heardduring the altar call at Brownsville, the voiceis the same but the mission has changed.Charity through an abused childhood has atouch on her life to minister the healing powerof God to women who have been abused. Ifyou want to know what this album is all aboutthey you will understand that within thisalbum is women who is crying out to otherwomen to come to healing wells of God. It’sall about freedom and the right to exist withoutfear. In her music you will hear that and inthis music is a call and purpose to be set freein the river of God to find inner peace andhealing. This album is an altar call but thecall now is a reach into women’s hearts forthe power of God to change their lives. TheCD amount will be $15.00 plus $1.95shipping & handling. The address that theymay write to is: Jeremiah and CharityHubbard P.O. Box 214 Baker, FL 32531They may make checks payable toJeremiah and Charity Hubbard.

Kingsport, Tennessee was spoken of by Rodney Howard-Browne as a place where greatrevival will happen. The people at Restoration Church in Downtown Kingsport are sensing

the presence of God ever since the Fire on the Mountain Conference. God has been touchingthose who are seeking His face and the glory hasn’t gone away.

TAMPA, FL -- NorvalHayes is a livinglegend in the Holy

Ghost. As powerful in theWord as he is in thedemonstration of the Word,he had come to Tampa to talkabout the ‘Power of the HolySpirit to Deliver’. It wasabout nine years ago that TheRemnant spent an afternoonwith Norval Hayes atHarvest Church in Mobile,Alabama, interviewing himabout his life work. And itwas then that Hayes talkedabout the power ofconfession in the life of thebeliever. He spoke abouthow God had delivered hisonly daughter, Zona, of askin condition that producedugly growths on her bodythat had started to disfugureher and how he spoke overher for several months andhow suddenly, one afternonwhen she came home fromschool, all the growths onher skin just completelydropped off and fell to thefloor. While Hayes’ daughterstood in the hallway of herhouse, screaming, the bluecloud of glory came in andwas like smoke filling theentire hallway. Hayes knewthat God had healed hisdaughter Zona and had thenshowed himself through themanifestation of the bluecloud. Brother Norval hasbeen in ministry for the last40 years and the power of hisconfession is still as strongin his voice as it was on theday of God’s manifestationin the cloud of blue smoke. Hayes talked about ayoung man who was broughtto him because he was mani-festing demonic possession. The boy had been dressed upand was being dragged byhis mother and father to apew in the church. It hadhappened about three yearsago. The young man waswatching a program on tele-vision called ‘Dark Shad-ows’, as he began to be fas-cinated by the vampires onthe program. He would imi-tate what he saw by jump-ing upon the funiture and

begin to hiss and say that he wasa vampire. The more often hewatched the program, the morehe began to change; he wentfrom being an “A” and “B” stu-dent in school, to one who sud-denly began to have problems

for deliverance, he began tomanifest even a stronger de-monic presence. The motherwanted Hayes to continue, butthe father stopped the prayingand said that he didn’t want tosee this anymore, even though

speaking and began to fail inschool. He soon lost the use ofhis legs and that’s when his par-ents brought him to NorvalHayes. As man of God began topray over him, the young manspoke and proclaimed that he wasa vampire which gave Hayes theunderstanding that the youngman was demon possessed. Asthe prayer got stronger over him

Hayes told the Father that if hedidn’t deal with the possessiontonight while they had him at theChurch, his condition would getworse. Several months went by andthen the mother contacted Hayesagain and told him he had beencorrect, the boy had becomeworse and that she wanted tobring the boy to Hayes where he

Norval Hayes40 Years of Speaking Faith and Deliverance

was in Nashville,Tennessee. But

then, the mother called Hayes thenext day and told him that theyoung man had died during thenight, taken by the dark powerthat had fallen possessed hisbody. Hayes also told about about

another young woman who hadbeen born disfigured and de-formed. But the mother was atrue believer and held fast to thepromises in the Bible. The girlwas badly disfigured in her bodyand ugly in the face, but Hayestalked about the woman’s strongfaith that her daughter would behealed and finally, when theyoung girl was almost 14 years

old, God healed her, and puther disfugured body back to-gether correctly, in an instantof time. In the early faith movementof the 1980’s, Norvel Hays be-came a household word andwas one of the first ministerswho spoke about being drawnup into the heavenly realm.About seven years ago, as I satat a table with this great manof faith, as he gave the testi-mony of his daughter’s heal-ing, he went into detail aboutgoing from his living room intothe presence of God. Today weare hearing more and moreabout men of God who talkabout the out of body experi-ences and going to heaven.Todd Bently and several othersare having the same experiencethat Norval Hayes had morethan 30 years ago. His testi-mony and teaching touches theinner soul of the believer andcauses the average person tochallenge the supernatural withhis faith to see what God can do.He is truly a miracle man andthere are not many more likehim in the field of belief today.

It was shortly after that time that Zona was healed. She came home one day and was standing in thehallway and began to scream. Hayes got up from

his chair to see what was wrong and the blue cloud ofglory was over Zona

Inside The JuniorProphets of theSynagogue Church,Of All Nations

TAMPA, FL -- “It was timefor me to go. I knew itwhen I went to the Airport

at Lagos that my journey to Af-rica was over.” John Rice was,at one time, worth more thanthree and a half million dollars, but he had a missionary visionto go to Africa and establish amissionary outreach in Liberia, and his heart yearned to do thewill of God on his life. And Goddirected him to go to Africa.

At the time, that I wasstruggling with my life, a videowas brought to me about Liberia.I was feeling that everything thatwe had done in my life was notgoing to work, but as I watchedthe video of a man of God at TheSynagogue Church Of All Na-tions, God spoke to me in asmall, still voice to go see himfor he was a Man of God. It wasthen that I realized that the con-troversy that swirled around thisman of God could not compareto what I had witnessed in hischurch. I was invited to be a Jun-ior Prophet in the church. WhenI had been there for just aboutnine months, I had the opportu-nity to go with the other JuniorProphets and spend time with theman of God. I was new, but theman of God asked me to go withhim to Korea for his second cru-sade outside of the SynagogueChurch. The early outreach inBotswanna was a learning expe-rience for the prophet. It was avery expensive trip and BrotherJoshua was aware of how muchit would cost to do outside min-istry from Nigeria. But I knew

Inside The JuniorProphets of theSynagogue Church,Of All Nations

that I was blessed by the Prophetwhen he asked me to go with himto Korea for the crusade, for I hadbeen in their church for only afew months and there were otherJunior Prophets who had moreexperience than I. But I had agreat opportunity to to be a wit-ness to this man of God and bewith him. I will tell you this, Idon’t care what has been writtenabout him for I learned a greatdeal about him: that he is a pri-vate man who guards his minis-try from religion; he refuses tojoin those who are in ministrywhere he ministers in Nigeria. Itis his vision to do the will of Godas it is writen in the scriptures. He cares very much about howthe Junior Prophets view the min-istry. Iknow many of the JuniorProphets will preach the exactmessage that the prophetpreaches. Many of them seeBrother Joshua as a mentor, andthe prophet speaks to them aboutallowing God to move throughthem. It is very simple; as simpleas a child sees it I have seen someof the greatest miracles and theJunior Prophets who are aroundthis man of God are followinghim in the ministry that has beendone by example before them.”

Continued Rice, “EachJunior Prophet has a job to do.The Junior Prophets, unlike manyof the seminaries in theUnitedStates, do not date and they livein separate quarters. The youngpeople whohave come here haveone objedctive and that is to serveGod and follow Jesus’s examplein healing ministry. There are noprofessinals here. There are justyoung people from all around theworld who come here to capturethe vision of ministry that hasbeen honored by God here.”

“It is a happy place to bewhen you are in ministry. Brother

Joshua is not a complicated manand he reflects the ministry thatway. He is a tremendous manoffaith who seeks God in prayer andleads his peopel to do the samething. You will never hear moneybeing talked about in this church.People know that it is only rightto tithe to ministry here. There areso many creative people inthechurch for many craftsmen andwomen serveGod here and youcan see them preparing churchearly in the morning with strawbrooms The one thing that Joshuahas that most men of God don’thave, is the love of his people. It’snot about money at SynagogueChurch, but its about people wholove their leader so much thatthey will do what it takes to main-tain the church. While mostpeople have to explain over andover about giving, God’s peopleat Synagogue Church support theministry without being prodded

Seeing Joshua as he is, I don’tknow where they got all that in-formation. He is a powerful manof God and he does things inpetntecost that you would neversee in any chuurch around theworld, but believe me, everythingis covered by the word of God.

“He does do spirit writing, buthes not the only one to ever do this. There were several men inpentecost that did things that can-not be explained. My time at Syna-gogue Church showed me whatreal ministry was like. Anyonewho would say that this was a con-trolled environment does not knowanything aboutthe man of God inLagos. Every Junior Prophet whohas come here came here with adesire to learn from the man ofGod. Every Junior Prophet startsat the bottomr and has responsi-bilities at the church. They are notrestricted in any way, if they wouldlike to go back to their home to-

and ‘driven’togive. It’s allabout the love ofthe people whenyou understandthat this manofGod started tenyears ago withlittle or nothing, then you begin tounderstand thatGod has honoredthe humility ofthis man and hasraised him up forsuch a time asthis. When Iheard about thewritten ariticlesin CharismaMagazine’ andwas told aboutwhat was writ-ten, I couldn’tunderstand whyit was written.

Several Junior Prophets from all over theworld travel to Lagos, Nigeria to help inthe healing power of God. These youngpeople are trusted in ministry at thechurch to do their part.

morrow, the would be freeto go.The day that I left the church, Iknew God was sending mehome. Brother Joshua ws verygenerous with me when I left andpaid my airfare and gave memoney to establish myself inAmerican again. When I lookback at my time in Lagos, I canonly remember how much Ilearned form the man of God. T.B. Joshua is a father figure tomany people. He doesn’t demandrespect for he receives honorfrom his people because he leadsthem by love. He preaches on sinand protects his people. Being atthe Synagogue Church Of AllNations has opened up my eyesto what a New Testament Churchcan do when it’s totally focusedon Jesus. I will never forget thisman of God.”

John Rice served as a Junior Prophet at the Synagogue Church, Of All Nations and is now a member of The River Church at Tampa, Bay, Florida (Remnant Photography)

Editor Jerrell Miller traveledto Florida to get thisexclusive interview with aformer Junior Prophet of theSynagogue Church, Of AllNations.

ors of a million rain-bows and it was allinterspersed withliving golden beamsof light that wascoming out of themidst of the center, and in that center. Isaw Jesus. He hadwalked in my roomand I was in themiddle of the pres-ence of the Glory ofthe Lord. It took mybreath away. Ididn’t knowwhether I was deador alive; if I was alive, I wanted to diebecause I didn’t ever want to be awayfrom this absolute joy and ecstacy thatI was experiencing then and there. There is nothing in the human languageto describe the utter joy and the awe-some light; no mere language could de-scribe the Glory. Truth was coming tome; Life was coming at me; Love wascoming to me and I saw right then andthere that light, and love, and Truth is aperson named Jesus Christ. Truth is aperson, Love is a person and Life is aperson and his name is Jesus Christ andHe was there. In the distance, I startedhearing a symphony of musical instru-ments that I’ve never heard before stir-ring and ringing and instruments play-ing and the music was just coming andreverberating all around me. I asked toknow what was happening. Then I re-alized it was the B-52’s taking off butas they came within the presence of theGlory, each sound wave had to bow tothe name of Jesus and could not disturbHim and it became a song and a sym-phony praising the Lamb of God. Hedoes not have to command for things tobow; automatically everything in theuniverse knows it must bow and mustalign itself to Jesus Christ. When some-one tells you they’ve been in the pres-ence, I tell you that when you are in thepresence of the Lord or an angel, it willtransform you and change you; it willchange your definition; My definitionschanged that day and a lot of my theol-ogy went out because I realized it is allin Jesus; you will not make a mistakeby saying that ‘it’s all in Jesus.” As the morning started coming intothe room around 5:30 or so, the Glorystarted containing within itself; it started

there was so much to be revealed. Hestarted to leave and then He said that“When you need it, it will come.” TheHe turned and smiled and said, “I broughtyou to this house -- it was not by acci-dent,” and then HE looked at me and HISeyes were so full of love, compassion andvictory and yet they were so tender andHe said, “This woman’s husband hasasked her for a divorce and she cried outto me and I have put healing in your handsfor their marriage. As you speak the Wordthat will heal them, the marriage will behealed,” The He walked out. That morning when I went down-stairs, there was the same old sumptiousbreakfast. I told the lady of the housethat the Lord visited me last night andshe told me that she already knew it. Theshe told me that several days ago, her hus-band had come to her and after 14 yearsof marriage told me he was leaving mebecause he had found another women hewanted to be with. She told me she hadno idea that her husband even had a friendwho was his mistress and the he desiredto leave his wife. With a broken heart, she went into her prayer closet and criedto God. She told me she had never criedout like that for God’s help and for thefirst time in her life she heard the audiblevoice of God saying, “I will send myprophet to your home and when he comesyou are to treat him like you would treatme and he will have healing for yourhome. That’s why there was an amazingbreakfast each day for her gift was a greattalent for cooking - and she was cookingfor her friend, Jesus. I prayed for themand when I returned to that area 15 yearslater and found out that God had trulyhealed her home. And as the Glory and

the Lord gave the invitationit wasn’t just for the sake ofvisitation He came to healtheir home. The Lord iscoming once again to hischurch and to every home;may it once again be thehouse of Obed Edom. Once again, The Rem-nant witnessed the full pres-ence of God in a service. This was truly a grave re-sponsibility for us to reporta visitation from God, andwhat Mahesh said it is essen-tial that you be in the rightplace during the time of yourvisitation. Many of us haveentertained angels and theAlmighty, He is concernedwith every detail of our livesand He can change any situ-ation through His divine in-tervention.

The Harmias area part of the River Church inTampa, Florida and serve withseveral other evangelists inthis church who have a likeminded vision to reach out forthe harvest. On October 13th, at theMinister’s Conference, fourdifferent evangelists stood inthe congregation to give thereports of salvation in the Mis-sion Field. Robin gave his re-port of 46,000 salvations inKarachi, Pakistan and anotherMissionary from Hondurasgave the report of more than48,000 salvations and yet an-

other evangelist reported 15,000salvations in Brazil. On the eve of another greatoutreach in Mamelodi, South Af-rica, Rodney Howard-Browneand Eric Gonyon reported on themonies that had been contributedto the Ministry. Needing morethat $165,000 for the meeting in

Eric Gonyon toldus “This individual had visitedThe River Church in Tampa andsaw the video from the last twocrusades in Soweto and Umlazi. The man was so burdened to do-nate to the next crusade that hecouldn’t sleep at nights. This mantold us that his business is not alarge business, but he had morethan $100,000 in his bank ac-count. But it was such a burdenon him, he had to send that moneyto the Rodney Howard-BrowneMinistry in Tampa, Florida. Thismoney helped to meet the needsfor the week of the Crusade, theexpenses of which came to morethat $165,000. This man fromFinland was so touched by whathe saw at the Tampa Bay Church,he could not forget the vision thatGod gave him while he washere.” At the Ministers Conference inOctober, Rodney said that God israising up men like this man whohas a burden to support the min-istry. I believe that God is raisingup evangelists to go into the mis-sion fields for the harvest and thebusinessmen with the burden topay for these crusades so the menof God can concentrate fully onthe ministry of salvation in the

ing for the evangelists to come forthe harvest. Evangelist RodneyHoward-Browne remindedpeople of what General DouglasMacArthur said after taking Ja-

pan. “Give me a hand full of mis-sionaries and Japan will be aChristian Nation.” That neverhappened, but today, we will notmiss our opportunity to reach theharvest in these last days. Theseason for evangelism is openright now and God is moving ustoward the harvest and He is giv-

ing us the means to reach theworld right now. God is going tobless those who go and those whogive to finance the harvest.

Iraq Signals The Door To The End TimesIf a man of God is going tounderstand the second com-ing of Christ, he must under-stand two things: the first isthe history of a region forthis will allow us to under-stand where we stand in thehistory of the second com-ing of Christ. One of thegreatest of the signs was thecoming together of Israel asa nation after 2000 years. But the real sign of the sec-ond coming of Christ wasthe inhabiting of Jerusalemand the Temple Mount Re-gion by the Jews without fir-ing a shot. It was the sameway when the British Gen-eral Allenby came intoJerusalem in 1917, he alsotook the city without firinga shot. And today, the Jewsin Jerusalem look forward torestoring the Temple in itsoriginal form in this part ofJerusalem. Iraeli Prime Min-ister Ben Gurion never livedto see the city captured, buthe said, “Israel withoutJerusalem as its capital islike a body without a head”.Scripture tells us that Israelwould be in the land a gen-eration before God woulddeal with their salvation. Webelieve that generational callstarted on June 7, 1967 andthe time period of 40 yearswill come very soon in 2007.But it is the war in Iraq thatis the door that opened theseend time events. Israel is thenation most often mentionedin the Bible. But do youknow which nation is secondmost mentioned? Iraq! But,in the Bible, it is not calledIraq - itis called by othernames: Babylon, Land ofShinar, and Mesopotamiaare some of them. The wordMesopotamia means “be-tween the two rivers”, moreexactly, between the Tigris

and Euphrates Rivers. Thename Iraq, means “countrywith deep roots”. Indeed, Iraqis a country with deep rootsand is a very significant coun-try in the Bible. No other na-tion, except Israel, has morehistory and prophecy associ-ated with it than the countrtof Iraq. Here’s something elseto think about: America as anation is represented by anEagle. Saddam should haveread his Koran better becauseof the following verse fromthe Koran:

These are the major eventsand places found in thehBibleconcerning Iraq: The gardenof Eden was in Iraq;Mesopotamia, which is nowIraq was the cradle of civili-zation; Noah built the ark inIraq; the Tower of Babel wasin Iraq: Abraham was fromUr, in Southern Iraq; Isaac’swife Rebekah is from Nahorin Iraq; Jacob met Rachel inIraq; Jonah preached inNineveh - which is in Iraq;Assyria, which is in Iraq, con-quered the ten tribes of Israel;Amos cried out in Iraq;Babylon, in Iraq, destroyedJerusalem; Daniel was in thelions den in Iraq; the threeHebrew children were in thefire in Iraq; (Jesus also hadbeen in Iraq as the fourth per-son in the fiery furnace);Belshazzar, the King ofBabylon saw the ‘writing onthe wall; in Iraq;Nebuchadnezzar, King ofBabylon, carried the Jews intocaptivity into Iraq; Ezekielpreached in Iraq; the wisemen were from Iraq; Peterpreached in Iraq; the “Empireof Man” described in Revela-tion is called Babylon, whichwas a city in Iraq. Truly theWar in Iraq has opened thedoor for the second coming ofJesus Christ.

NEW ORLEANS, LA: AsI took my seat to wait forthe service to begin in

New Orleans, a man namedCharlie approached me and webegan to talk about how God;’sgreatest plan for our life is tohave a relationship with Hispeople. We really got deep intothe conversation and as hespoke, a light went on in myown life, because for a longtime now, God has been mov-ing in my heart asking me tocome closer to Him. Charlietold me that one of the greatestverses he has ever read in theBible was in John 14:21: “Hethat hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is thatloveth me; and he that lovethme shall be loved my Father, and I will love him and willmanifest myself to him.” Yousee, Charlie was a special per-son. He was 57 years old andone day, he came to a place inhis life where he crashed. He was born and raised inthe Crescent City of New Or-leans, but his life was all aboutgambling, drinking and drugadiction. He told me, “Just be-fore I got saved, I was going tothis Catholic Church to getsomething to eat and every timeI came into the Church, I couldsee the image of Jesus lookingat me from the far wall. I men-tioned the image to someonebut he said that he couldn’t seea thing. I kept coming back tothat Catholic Church to get gro-ceries and food so I could eatand stay alive and every time Ientered the Church, I could seethe face of Jesus and the facehad a worried look on it as ifHe was burdened for hispeople. I could see His face andit spoke deeply into my life atthat time.” Charlie finally foundJesus and he says it’s easy forhim to see Jesus because he seesHim all the time. Someoneasked him one day how he coldsee Jesus all the time since henever saw him and Charlie sim-ply told him, “I love Jesus andHe comes to me.”

It’s all about relation-ship and how we treat eachother. My family is so specialto me. But recently somethinghappened that ripped the heartout of all of us. We had adoptedtwo small animals: Timothyfound a small dog he namedGracy Lou, and Jonathan founda dog we named Snoopy and atthe same time, my little boyNathan found a small kitten henamed Windy. The two littledogs and the small cat allplayed together and got alongso well. I asked my wife Vivian,“How did we come to have twodogs a a cat all of a sudden.”We laughed at each of them asthey played with each other buta tragedy happened that wouldeffect all of us.

It was a normal Satur-day morning. I was up early andsaw Windy the cat walking

through the kitchen, She wassuch a special animal - what youcall a good animal and wheneverI picked her up to pet her, she wasso gentle she never used herclaws to scratch me and whenyou loved her, she was alwayshappy and she purred and purred

Jonathan gently buried Windyjust outside Nathan’s window. Iasked God why Windy have todie for she was such a good ani-mal, it broke all of our hearts.Something happened that Satur-day afternoon that I will neverforget. I saw our family come to-

ing on a beach when lighteningstruck and killed both of them. And then, a family man who wasworking at the ship yard was shotto death by an angry employee.God is concerned about you dur-ing these times of loss. The smallcat was nothing compared to

kind of shock in a day’s time. And that many would lose fam-ily memebers, pets and entirehomes along the Gulf Coast. Theshock of loss always comes dur-ing a storm, but whether it be asmall cat or a large loss, the HolySpirit is always there to comfort.I happened to be in Tampa,Florida right after Christmas twoyears ago. God had placed mewith Rodney Howard-Browne atthe time of his daughter’s death.I was in the Sunday service fol-lowing Kelly Maes death and itwas a special time because theglory of the Lord was surround-ing the event. Several people hadcalled and the power of caringsurrounded the Howard-Brownefamily, but the reality of thatdeath touched that family forseveral months after her death.Rodney and Adonica had to havea time to grieve over the loss oftheir daughter so they withdrewfrom the River Church at Tampafor a while.Death is so final on this earth, but Jesus gave us a promise ofovercoming death. In the gos-pels, Jesus is portrayed as a per-son who could overcome deathby simply moving upon the situ-ation, but the irony is that Jesushad to go to the cross to die. Hegave us the ability to overcomedeath through His word, but atthe same time, we like Jesus mustexperience death. In the presenceof some great men of God, likeRodney Howard-Browne, andthe Arnotts, I have heard thedreamers speak about angels.Manifestations of the Holy Spiritare for those who truly loveJesus. The scripture, John 14:21:“He that hath my command-ments, and keepeth them, he it isthat loveth me; and he that lovethme shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him , and willmanfest myself to him. Love isbecoming the pivot of the HolySpirit, not looking for manifes-tations, as we seek the face ofJesus. As we love Him, He addsto us and reveals a piece of Hisglory in steady fashion. We are not to dwell on themanfestions of God, but we areto dwell on Him because He willkeep exposing His glory on earhas long as we keep loving Him.Jesus is the focus of all the glory.Don ‘t ever speak against whatGod is doing in manifestationson this earrh, but please inviteGod to do a little more. Remem-ber it all centers around His love. This storm has awakened a sen-sitivity in me that has never beenthere. As you see the stray ani-mals in New Orleans left behindby their owner, you begin to un-derstand what the people of theGulf Coast are going through. The blessing of God is very of-ten found in a small animal andonly those who have lost a lovedpet can truly understand. Believeme our life has changed sinceHurricane Katrina and we arenow just getting back to our nor-mal routine. We pray for thosewho have lost much more here.

The Loss of A Pet Beforethe Great Hurricane

Above is the small animal we received to replace the loss of Windy. Not knowing how dangerous thishurricane was we named the small cat Katrina on the Saturday before that hurricane impacted theGulf Coast. Katrina would represent loss to the Gulf Coast and the Miller Family.

her happiness to you.My wife was using her

dryer that morning and she shutthe dryer door, not knowing thatthe small cat had jumped insideit. Two hours later, I heard mywife begin to cry. She came to meand said, “Windy’s dead and shedied in the dryer.” I quickly wentto the dryer and pulled her outand held her in my arms and be-gan to cry. And when my littleboy saw the small animal he be-gan to cry. Everyone in the fam-ily was devastated by what hap-pened. Jonathan went and got ashovel and the small dog GracyLou came up to my small boy andjumped into his arms while hecried. Even the small animalsknew someting was wrong in ourhouse. We took a small box witha British Flag painted on the topand Nathan drew a picture ofWendy and pasted it to the top as

gether over this small tragedy.I saw the hearts of my three sonsand my wife come together at acritical time. I comforted Vivianand told her that this was a com-mon occurrance with cats, that ithappened to my Uncle’s cat inPhiladelpha. Uncle Lynn lost atreasured animal this way be-cause of the curious nature of catsand kittens to crawl into unusualplaces. By the way, Uncle Lynnlead all of his Mormon relativesto Jesus before he died, includ-ing my Mother.

Windy’s death made meunderstand the most valuablethings I have in my life. That myrelationship with my sons and mywife are the most treasured thingsI possess. We have recently wit-nessed two tragedies in our com-munity where families have lostloved ones. Just two weeks ago aman and his stepson were walk-

these other losses, but let me tellyou about how God treats death. He is always there during ourlosses. Shortly after these sadevents, Hurricane Katrina hit theGulf Coast. On the weekend ofthat Hurricane, God spoke to meand told me to get my little boyanother cat. So on the Saturdayof that tragic weekend, weadopted a small orange cat whowe named Katrina. We had noidea what was going to happenin New Orleans. After the deathof that small animal, I was in theVictory Life Sanctuary, writingnotes and I was drawing picturesof little Katrina on the sides ofthe pages of my notebook. Littledid I know how great a tragedywas going to touch the CrescentCity. The loss of this small ani-mal was a shock, but there werea very great many people in NewOrleans who would face the same

The peole who live in this areahave been deeply touched bythe generations donations frompeople all over the United Statesof America. Aid and assistancehas come in from everywhereto help and “The Remnant”family has valiantly rallied tohelp me, my family and thenewspaper. Ffor the last sevenweeks, the people in this area

have had a struggle just to getback some sense of normalcy intheir lives. There has never beenanyuthing like Hurricane Katrinain our lifetimes and we have hadto stay close to our home and

New Orleans, or Biloxi. Sometime ago, our city fathers wereapproaced by Donal Trump towanted to build a giantgamblingcasino in Mobile., but

our State Legislature turneddown gambling and we wereblessed by that action. DonaldTrump was quickly turned awayfrom MMobile when he foundout that God’s people couldspeak louder than his money. The

place where the Casino wouldhave been built was rightacross the street from wherethe Dead Sea Scrolls were dis-played. We have been allaround the world this year, butthe greatest blessing was theedition we did on The DeadSea Scrolls and we believe thatMobile is on the verge of agreat Revival. While it hasbeen difficult lately, we knowthat God has spoken on theGulf Coast and the only roadthat this nation can go down isthe narrow road of holiness. ToGod be the Glory, and ourheartfelt thanks to all of youfor helping us at this time.

This year, we wrote on The Dead Sea Scrolls in down-town Mobile and we believe that the Word of God thatwas loaned to us from Israel for a short period ot time

Spell Checkers

Several years ago I was in a meeting inanother nation. There was a young man therewith a burden to do something for to visit, howto marry, how to bury, how to socialize. It was anation that had seen revival. Some of the menhad lived in the days of revival where it was nec-essary at the end of a crusade to count the con-verts and if there what two hundred new con-verts they couldnot waste apreacher on sucha small numberof believers.

the Holy Spirit and each day he would go to achurch not to far from his office and seek for theinfilling of the Holy Ghost. God met him and heand his wife Lois began to publish the Shepherd’sStaff Magazine for ministers. I told him one timeyou are a bootlegger. You are bootlegging theHoly Ghost intothe hands of

thousands of de-nominat ionalpreachers allacross America. He had at onetime eight thou-sand Baptistpreachers that re-ceived his publi-cation monthly. His name was Ward B. Chandler and he and hiswife held up my hands in ministry for manyyears. I had learned the value of honoring thesegreat veteran men and women of God throughmy pastor and father in law, who had been a partthe new life in the Spirit that Chandler had dis-covered. Subsequently, he became my friend. Hewas a great inspiration and teacher.

Chandler as we affectionately called him was withme on this trip and happened to be in that meet-ing. The building was crammed packed. It was asmall chapel that had been renovated and enlargedto house the growing fellowship that worshippedthere. The young man that I spoke of was in thatmeeting and it was his desire to publish themiracles that God was doing across the nation. Ifelt impressed to receive an offering for the birthof this paper that was a decade and a half ago.The offering was a miracle offering and becamea seed to what God would do in the coming years.

When the Mel Gibson movie played inthat nation approximately 150 thousand issues ofthe New Life Newspaper were sold. Looking backover the years you learn to value what the effortof one person with a vision can do. I rememberChandler giving advice to my young friend at thattime. Today he is the editor of two national Chris-tian Magazines. When he accepted the positionas editor of the first denominational magazine itwas 10 years ago when God was moving in hisnation once again after fifty years of near silence. He and I were talking one day and I said, “ Aren’tyou glad that you were not the editor of this maga-zine when all you had to report on was what Godhad done in the past?” He nodded his head affir-matively.

For ten years, The Remnant Newspa-per has been published, but not without its dis-claimers. Often people have commented to meabout the typos in the paper. They of course havequestioned the integrity of some of the individu-als reported on and as always in keeping with tra-dition they have questioned the theology of morethan a few. Much of what has been reported onhis been on the run with faulty equipment anddisappointment in those the publisher had hopehe could depend on. One even made commentand said, “ Better dead than fed.”

Isn’t it strange that the editor’s ini-tial intention was to report on revival? Thefirst papers were about the beginnings of re-vival in the then unknown, BrownsvilleChurch in Pensacola, Florida and the heartof a great pastor that just wanted more ofGod. If God would have shown any of uswhat He was about to do ten or so years agowe may have opted out. We may be like theRancher who had an appreciation Bar B Qfor his ranch hands; at the end of the occa-sion he told them he had arranged somethingvery special for one of them. They went tohis swimming pool and he said to the manwho can swim across this swimming poolfirst I would give a brand new f350 FordCrew Cab Truck. Then he threw back a tar-paulin that covered the pool and it was filledwith alligators. To his surprise he heard aninstant splash and a brave cowhand wasswimming for his life, though the hungryjaws of death. Up and out the pool he came on

the other side. The rancher was amazed, hesaid, “Partner you must really want it bad.”To which the cowhand replied, “ I just wantto know who the feller was that pushed me.”

The sad truth is the editor of TheRemnant had only one controlling passionand that was to report on revival. Are theretypo’s in the paper? Just ask the spell check-ers they are always quick to point them out, which is not bad. I would like to have a nickelor two that were mistruck when they wereminted. I have seem him grieve over typosbut it did not take away from the value ofthe paper. Did you ever hear of Alkan thegreat pianist? He was one of the greatest ofhis day. He only played occasionally, hisgreatest passion was the study of the Torah. He spent most of his free time studying He-brew history and tradition. One day whenhe was old, he was reaching up on a shelfover his head to get his beloved book. It wasa massive copy of the Torah. It fell on hishead giving him a concussion and killinghim. I thought of that story in regards to thishumble paper. It has been used to spark re-vival and wet the appetite of another gen-eration of hungry men and women. Thosewho would not want to end up like Mr.Alkan. I have noticed that people that want re-vival will overlook many things that othersmay have a hard time overlooking. Shouldthere be excellence? Sure without Questionbut it is still amazing in my mind what Godcan do with a man that only has a staff in hishand. A staff is a powerful thing in the handof someone like my friend Ward B, Chan-dler that saw the value of the printed page50 years ago and his influence is still alivetoday. Have you ever read the Azusa StreetChronicles? It was not always grammaticallycorrect but you can see the dancing hand ofGod as He moved across America at the turnof the last century. The editor may even cor-rect his typos but the question is will youkeep your hunger for the God of Revival. As I have read about revival in the RemnantI chew up the fish and spit out the bones. That is what I encourage people to do withmy preaching. I just pray that it is not mostlybones. Did you ever eat carp? I have andthey are a scavenger fish that is mostly bones. But when you grind them up through a finefood grinder they make a great carp cro-quette. Just think of The Remnant as CarpCroquette. I have been to several of theplaces that are mentioned from time to timein The Remnant and I certainly recommendthe places where I have been. I have foundplaces where the fire that is fed refuses to goout. “ Better Fed than Dead.”Revival Friendly, Cleddie Keith Is the lifeyou are living worth Christ Dying For?

Therefore, it was necessary for families totravel to the nearest community to find a placeof worship.
