The KronosPERISTALTIC METERING PUMP DRIVE BY ASTEPPER MOTOR
The feed chemical is conveyed by means of the rotor squeezing on thehose. No valves are needed for this. This ensures gentle handling ofthe metered media.
The housing is made from shock-proof and chemical resistant PPEwith IP65 protection degree. It is equipped with several inputs formetering configuration.
The stepper motor means that metering is infinitelyadjustable.
Typical applications are in processes where only a low dischargepressure is required, such as in the metering of chemicals into galvanicbaths, in clarification tanks or for metering conditioning agents intoswimming pools (flocculants, activated carbon and chemicals).

Design andFunctionaldescriptionThe device is housed in a robust plastic housing.
The plastic housing is comprised of upper andlower sections, which are screwed together. Thelower section contains the PCBs for power supplyand connectors.
This construction technology simplify theinstallation: block part will easly fixed at the walland all wire are connected on that part.
Once wiring is completed the front part can doscrewed on the block one.
The liquid end is mounted at the front and isclosed off by means of a screwed transparentcover to protect against injuries. The pump hosecan easily be exchanged after the transparentcover has been removed.
The rotary movement of the rotors alternatelypress and relax pump hose by three rollers. As aresult, the liquid is sucked in and transportedthrough the pressure hose without stress. Thepump si self priming in all conditions.
