Client Reviews

3 Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLPPeris delivers projects on time and on budget.

“We have been so impressed and happy with Peris over the years that we just retained them to do our 2015-2016 100,000 SF renovation. From larger projects to complete buildouts, we have been extremely satisfied with Peris. They do a fantastic job, always coming in on time, under budget and with a great deal of attention to detail. We would recommend Peris for any law firm and any commercial space. Every member of the team was professional, efficient and always left the space neat and clean. The Peris team related very well to every member of the Drinker team. We look forward to many years of working together.”

Sheila Bonham, Legal Administrator

3 Ballard Spahr, LLPWith Peris, you always get the Senior A-team on your project from start to finish.

“I first used Peris to do our buildout over 10 years ago. Gary Starr and Kevin Fink started and completed a wonderful project. I continue to call Gary and his team to do touch ups and minor renovations whenever the occasion arises. We have hired Peris to do our next major buildout. Their service group is top notch.”

Wendy Iversen, Legal Administrator

3 Hollingsworth, LLPPeris is selective about the projects it chooses, and has maintained excellent client relationships after each job is complete. Most clients keep Peris around to provide ongoing service work.

“Over the past 15 years I have done countless renovation projects, both large and small, with Peris. From design to punchlist, I have always felt Peris is committed to our projects, no matter the size. The most recent project was our 90,000 SF in-place renovation. Gary Starr and the Peris Team worked with our architects from the preliminary design process right through to completion of the project. This took all the mystery out of the pricing for the project. We knew exactly what we were getting and the project was executed beautifully. The Peris team invested two years before the construction began and that made all the difference. After 15, years, I continue to rely on Peris to run all my work to this day. There is no other interiors construction firm that I would trust to work for my firm.”

Jeni Davis, Legal Administrator

3 SKDKnickerbockerPeris has built some of the most beautiful consulting office spaces in the Greater Washington Area.

“Peris built us the space we dreamed of. The Peris Team made architect Nestor Santa Cruz’s (Gensler) simple, beautiful, and hip design come to life. And Peris never left our side. Even after the last punch list item, Peris provided additional service time to keep our space fresh and functional.”

Ryan Simonetti, President & CEO

3 Emily’s ListPeris pours as much passion and muscle into nonprofit and association spaces, as commercial spaces.

“We were thrilled with the Peris Team and its management of our construction project. No detail was left unattended. Peris brought the architect Ruth Ockkowski’s (SKB) vision to life exactly as designed. Today, we are more efficient than ever with the way in which our new space allows us to perform our mission.”

Our Showroom space now showcases an intricate build out and well executed space. The service and communication throughout the project was detailed and attentive. 3 Dow Lohnes, LLPPeris attracts the very best construction professionals. Most of the Peris Project Managers are architects, engineers or have a professional degree in Construction Management.

“Of the dozen or so construction companies I’ve worked with over the years, Peris is at the top. Peris is known for its dedication during the early stages of planning and design. By the time construction begins, you know exactly what you are getting and how each stage will unfold. Half the battle with a successful construction project is knowing how and when things will happen. Peris does it on time with the highest attention to quality.”
